There’s very poor communication from customer service. The order took several weeks longer than told, I had to initiate all contact for information. The actual product is just ok. While it meet the length stated, the height of the larger product is so shallow on the C-130 as to almost look silly. This is for a heritage room for military members and I really hoped for a better product.

The price, quality and shipping were right on. Well packaged and only took 5 days from Lithuania to Arizona. Well packaged. Item was straight as an arrow. I love my B-17!

The item (Bae146) is not usually found on sites, I view. Customer Service, is great, the aircraft design,
both awesome.

I chose the custom order for a gift for my husband, as his favourite aircraft wasn't listed. It was easy to do and the finished product is fantastic. He loves it.

The product is very well made and makes an excellent wall decoration. As with other responses the wait time was longer than I expected but the communication was outstanding. I was informed every step of the delivery process.

Yes it took awhile to ship but it's totally worth it. I got this for my pilot son and his girlfriend who fly airbuses. It's huge and takes up the whole wall and he absolutely loves it! Well done!

The customer service is exceptional. I ordered from the USA for a delivery in Poland. When I placed the order I put the wrong delivery address so immediately sent an email to cancel the order and I would reorder. Anna immediately emailed back that wasn't necessary she would make the change. Then I discovered that they had a plane the model my son works on so I emailed again to cancel the order and I would make a new one for the correct model. Again, no worries they would handle it. They notified me when it was in production and then when it would be shipped. It arrived 3 days earlier than I expected and our son was thrilled with the quality and that is was the correct model. It's challenging to find a gift for a son who lives 15000 miles away that would be really meaningful to him and they managed to give us that. Thank you for being so easy to work with, cooperative with so many changes and very communicative during the whole process. I look forward to working with you again.

After many delays and late delivery and a mediocre product I just got a bill for $15 from FedEx for which I did not approve. I was told that the delivery would be free shipping and no FedEx requires me to pay them $15? Ain’t gonna happen. Beware of this company do not order from them.
