Our compressor stopped working
Our compressor stopped working due a worn out pressure on/off switch. Phoned up at 11:00am explained what was needed. Confirmed they had stock. Placed order which arrived next morning before 9:00am.

Very easy to order using website
Very easy to order using website, received confirmation almost immediately. Delivery promised in 3-5 days but was received in two fantastic.

Superb service
Customer support staff changed our order from normal delivery to next day when our old compressor stopped working. Our phone calls were answered quickly, and they phoned back with updates on the progress of the order.
The best service that we have received from any of our suppliers.

They didn’t send the compressor I…
They didn’t send the compressor I originally ordered. Then it broke and they said I would have to send it back even though this is a very large item. Also I would have to sign to say I will accept loads of charges if they say it’s not there fault

As you know the unit was what was ordered although SIP never physically put a sticker on the compressor, when a fault occurs, which does happen, we have to follow the warranty procedure from the manufacturer the disclaimer was sent to you directly from SIP and is standard from them. We always try to resolve these issues as swiftly and effectively at all times. Thank you for the feedback, very brusque.
