Thank you for sharing your feedback. All rental companies require a security deposit (bond) at the time of vehicle collection. The amount varies by supplier and is shown at booking under the payment section. The bond will be refunded by the rental company once the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

Exceptionally rude driver
Exceptionally rude and argumentative driver who collected us from the airport.
A simple question asking how much longer we would be waiting in their van at the airport resulted in a very rude This is not an uber from the driver. He was very rude and aggressive in all respects and should be reported for his behaviour.

Thank you for your feedback. On our website, the price shown at booking defaults to the currency of your residence unless changed to the depot currency at the time of search. For selected major currencies, you also have the option to pay in your own currency for any payments charged upon confirmation.
For international rentals, your confirmation voucher shows the total rental cost in both your own currency and the depot currency, so you can see the amount in local currency if needed.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us via the support link on your confirmation voucher.

Book direct. Save money
I paid for insurance through Airport Rentals and then again through the car rental place. What is the point of booking through a 3rd party if no communication. Just book direct and save yourself the money. No stars. And no customer support after. Just bad luck customer.

The Full Protection purchased through Airport Rentals is provided by RentalCover.com and operates separately from the rental supplier’s own protection products. As a result, it is not displayed in the rental company’s system at the counter, and the supplier may still offer their own optional protection on pickup.
In our pickup information email sent closer to the rental date, customers who have purchased Full Protection are advised that any additional protection offered at the counter is optional and not required.
If you’re able to share your booking reference number (starting with IM), we’d be happy to review the booking and look into this further.
