Malama Lemafa was very helpful, kind, and patient while we set up a new insurance policy for today. I am a California home owner in a Co-op, so it was very difficult for me to find an insurance provider. I had already been turned down by mutiple agencies just for living in California, even though we are not in a fire hazard zone; however, this policy is reasonable, and they have an "A" rating with BBB.

I just bought a home and need a home owner insurance. I was connected to Alfred Dalton and Cheryl Stanley for the quote. They both did an amazing job. They also reached out to my loan Processor so they can finalized the evidence of liability. I appreciate both so much for their efficiency and excellent customer service

I was looking for a competitive rate on car insurance and not only found that, but also received excellent customer service from the representatives who assisted me. On my first call, I spoke with "Letty" Letitia, who was incredibly patient and kind. I had to call back later to complete the transaction, and my second interaction was with Sandra Vargas. She was equally pleasant and helped my boyfriend and me get signed up and insured in about 20 minutes. Because Letty had already created a record with my initial information, the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend working with AIS. Before this, I never would have thought to contact them, as I assumed they were just a "middle-man," but I actually received a lower rate through them than I did when getting an online quote directly from the insurance carrier.
