I had go time on the interview and I was free to give my experience on the interview.

It was indeed an interactive and enjoyable experience. My interviewer gave me a warm reception which enabled me to freely express myself during the interview.

The interviewer was polite, simple, welcoming and knowledgeable.

The company treats their staff well and their is an avenue to grow my career.

The Care Assistant interview was truly exceptional. The interviewer demonstrated a deep understanding of the role, asking insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Their professionalism and genuine interest in my background made the conversation engaging and positive. Constant check ups of how I am and how I am finding it at work makes me feel at home. Reviews from where I am providing support strengthen me, AJ makes sure I know how managers and seniors I work with feel about my services and that keeps me going.I also like having flexible working shifts and being understood that i have commitments that I can’t just ignore. So far I am extremely happy with with the services especially by consultants. My recent experience was amazing, at one point I had forgotten am speaking to my superior by the way I was made comfortable. I really felt relaxed, the consultants know how to address and work with people, keep up the good work!!!
