£32 for money transfer! I tried to send 500£ to my daughter studying in the uk for her rent and they try to charge me 32£!!!

The Axess credit card process appears to be designed exclusively for Turkish citizens. As a legal foreign resident, I faced unnecessary restrictions, illogical requirements, and no clear explanation for the limitations. There is no real support or transparent policy for foreigners, which makes the service feel exclusionary and discriminatory!

They haven't increased my credit card limit for 5 years. Customer service is unhelpful. They don't grant consumer loans. They don't provide an additional account.

Akbank which is Turkish Bank, blocking foreign bank cards in their ATM in Turkey, which you should really avoid using one of them in any area of Turkey. They put me in a really bad situation at my vocation by making me to order a new card from home city.

I used an AK Bank ATM in Turkey, and it was a nightmare. After inserting my Revolut card, the ATM completely blocked it, and I couldn’t get it out! I had no idea what to do, and there was no clear support or emergency contact available.

Luckily, a police officer happened to be passing by, and even though he didn’t speak English, he managed to unlock the ATM after 5 minutes and give me my card back.

This was an extremely stressful experience, and I can’t imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t found help. Avoid AK Bank ATMs if you don’t want to risk losing your card!

This bank never gives the promotions they do. Their customer representatives are also terrible. While other banks get a response in 1 day, sometimes the same day, Akbank may make you wait at least 4 days and then close your request without even responding. Do not use this disgraceful bank or allow others to use it.

This bank is a scam. I sent money to an ozan customer who never received the money and no refund despite several reminders to akbank and ozan who are thieves.
