Very rude and cold customer service
Very rude and cold customer service . don’t order from this site... horrible customer service. I tried suggesting ways for the brand to expand itself by modeling on a more diverse range of models and not just white girls with curves and they told me to go and “get a real job“ and “not to worry about it.“ W.T.F🤦🏾♀️.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Like Belinda (below) I have also had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a company. You can check my reviews- I rarely write anything, so that is saying something.
It started with ordering a ball dress in medium ( I am a size 10). When it arrived I couldn’t get my thighs and butt inside of it. My friend who also ordered a ball dress had the same problem.
We lodged a return, paid out of pocket express post so the item would arrive quickly as the ball was the following weeks. Ordered a replacement in a large, plus an additional dress as I have a wedding coming up also, however store credit would not cover the return shipping, so forked out shipping again. The dress arrived and was too large? How can medium be too small, but large too big? I also gave them feedback about their items not being suitably sized for my body type, and the feedback was “we have many sizes, fabrics and types of dresses. You may need to choose something else”.
So I then applied for another return, paid again for express post as the ball is now next week, and I also still need a wedding guest dress. Went to lodge my return for this large dress and the portal says it will only give me store credit for $17, not the $400 I paid?!!
This is seriously the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t even get me started on the reply emails that are full of insincere statements about priding themselves on customer service, but refusing to give me first of all- a product that fits, second of all, a refund.
Ohh and there’s never enough items available in different sizes, so choices around the small/medium that I would wear are limited.
And you can write here (Alamour) like you did to Belinda and reply that “you came up with a solution that suited both parties, sorry to hear I don’t think that too) but we both know that is a lie, I have written multiple emails to you saying I was very dissatisfied with your solutions and customer service- so stop lying to yourselves.

Feeling like a goddess!
I recently wore the Gabriela glitter gown in gold for a gala event in Chicago and I truly felt like a goddess! Everybody complimented how beautiful the dress was with all its gorgeous details. I had a magical moment and felt so special. If you want to feel like the main character, I definitely recommend wearing Alamour The Label!

I would never purchase a product from…
I would never purchase a product from here again, my product that arrived was faulty, still had tags tags on and they refused to exchange it ! Worst customer service/ care. If you want quality customer service or clothing I wouldn’t recommend shopping here !

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I've been trying to get a refund since July and they were unresponsive until I filed a dispute with my credit card company and then tried to accuse me of fraud for a defective item I'd sent back.

I purchased the Armina gown to wear during the Miss Alaska pageant. It arrived quickly in a beautiful box that created such a wonderful experience when opening it. The quality of the gown felt heavy and well manufactured. It was even more beautiful than the pictures and the crowd gasped when I walked on stage. I would absolutely purchased another!

I recently bought the Dakota dress in red to fit a size 10-12. Overall it cost £312 to have it shipped to the UK (duty and taxes inc). I tried it on when it arrived and felt that it was fairly cheap quality but overall it was nice. I noticed at that time that the bones of the dress for the corset part were digging in slightly. I placed it into the wardrobe and tried it on again 2 days later (1 week prior to the wedding I was going to) to ensure my shoes matched. All of the bones which are placed into the dress began to extrude through the point at the tip of the dress along with the underwire parts for the bra. I immediately emailed Alamour to inform them of this and asked for a return. Bearing in mind, the fault is due to the design in the dress and the cheapness of the clothing material, they refused to return the money.
I have since had multiple email exchanges with Tiarna, who has explained they will not return the money despite the above and that they can offer a replacement or store credit only.
Of note, if they do offer store credit they have refused to cover shipping costs for the other piece of clothing I would be forced to get.
Given this is being shipped to the UK this will equate to me spending another approx £80 for taxes and duties meaning I'd be looking at an overall cost of approx £400 for a poorly designed and manufactured dress.
I have photos the above design flaw and would be happy to be contacted if anyone wishes to see them.
I did also write a review of the dress along with photos on their website which they failed to publish...

Jumpsuit that was hundreds of dollars came completely damaged and in place they made me wait one full week for response than offered me 60 dollars if I bring it to a tailor to fix on the condition that I show them the receipt.
