Pure perfection
I purchased the Nevali Emerald gown for a black tie gala. It fit like a glove! I got stoped so many time for compliments. It was packaged beautifully too! I do intend to purchase from them again when i have another function. Very happy with my experience .

Alamour The Label is one of my favourite brands! I have bought so many dresses from the company and never been disappointed. I recently purchased the Andrea Beaded Gown for my birthday at the Sydney Opera House. I received so many compliments about my dress! The fabric and cut fit perfectly. I have never felt more beautiful than I did that night. When I received the dress in the mail, it was packaged beautifully wrapped in a big white box. Lesson Learned
I ordered the Grace dress in champagne and I was so excited for my daughter’s bridesmaid dress. It seemed like quality fabric and fit as the size guide was indicating that we’d only have minor alterations if any. We looked at Alamour’s Instagram account and it seemed like the company had high standards and sold high end products.
I was very wrong. The dress was made from
low quality, shiny satin which looked very tacky and shapeless. It needed to be altered in all places despite being a xxs. The colour was also off and looked more like gold than champagne which was an added disappointment. In summary, it looked nothing like the picture we saw and everyone who saw it in person told us to make a “what I ordered vs what arrived” TikTok as the difference was comical. Shein quality for a high end price. I felt so stupid for being “influenced” and getting ripped off by pretty Instagram photos.
We didn’t have the time to follow up on a cumbersome returns process which is based on exchange only, so we sadly had to make do. I emailed Customer Care to say how we felt fooled and heartbroken but they took zero responsibility and listed lots of excuses.
In the end they indicated that I had breached their policy by altering the dress and attempting to solve the problem caused by their poor quality product. The defensive representative seemed well versed in saying how they were working within the parameters of their policy and implied that they were doing me favour by offering a random $35 refund. I refused.
I have since read reviews elsewhere and my experience was very similar to others. I wish I read them sooner!
Silver lining is that my daughter is stunning and as the saying goes she can “make a potato sack look beautiful” which is exactly what she had to do.
I was out of pocket an extra $185 for my seamstress to work miracles on that dress. And I’m still saddened that I wasn’t savvy enough to check out more reviews before making such an important and expensive purchase.
Lesson learned and I hope this information helps someone avoid the disappointment we faced.

Our Return Policy clearly states that items must be returned to our facility within 30 days of receiving them, allowing our customers sufficient time to decide on returning their purchase if necessary.
Upon being informed of the issues with your item, we were prepared to investigate further. Our policy allows for a repair or replacement in cases of faulty items. However, should you decline these options, our standard policy of issuing a store credit applies. Unfortunately, since alterations were made to the item before contacting our customer care team, we are unable to offer a replacement or store credit. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered compensation of $35 AUD towards the cost of alterations.

Delusione, vestito non rispecchia immagine nel sito
Ho acquistato il vestito Karmira da questo sito spinta dalle buone recensioni, ordine effettuato il 24 novembre, essendo un vestito in pre-ordine è arrivato un mese dopo, ma non è questo il problema. Aperto il pacco noto con amarezza che la chiusura nel retro del corpetto del vestito non corrisponde alla foto sul sito, in quest’ultimo viene raffigurata una chiusura nascosta con gancetti, che lo faceva sembrare più elegante e meglio rifinito, invece a me è arrivato un vestito con una pacchiana chiusura a zip color oro, il vestito nel complesso sembra di bassissima qualità! Se sul sito fosse stata rappresentata la vera immagine del vestito non lo avrei comprato, evitando così di pagare 40€ in più, oltre al prezzo indicato per il vestito, tra imposte e spedizione. Sicuramente non vale i soldi che ho speso, non comprerò più nulla da Alamour!

Cheap products and horrible customer…
Cheap products and horrible customer service. Ordered a dress and pjs extra for expedited, came late and the dress looked nothing like the photos. Looked like a cheap curtain. I asked how I go about receiving a return/refund and I’m still having to go back and forth with a person via email for almost a month now. Ridiculous. Waste of money and energy.

Faulty item
Received heels that were bent, the strap along the toe is so tight my sister who is 3 size smaller than me also struggled to get it on. The diamontes are about to fall off. I contacted them and all they could offer me was a store credit. I was advised that Alamour does not offer refunds for faulty items. I ordered with express shipping, shipping time was amazing, however I attempted to explain that I won’t receive the exchange in time for the event but they were very blunt and not very helpful and eager to hang up the phone. I’ve had to source new heels and informed that store credit is only valid for 12 months. I had no intention of returning these heels with an event, but no use for store credit that will definitely expire before I will have a need for it. I’ve ordered from the business before but definitely never again with how unhelpful they have been and a no refund policy even for a faulty item.

Great purchase!
I ordered a dress for my prom back in May and I fell in love with it when it arrived. No detail was left out, it arrived earlier than it was expected and the packaging was beautiful. Red Carpet Worthy
Absolutely LOVE Alamour The Label. Gorgeous red carpet ready gowns at a fraction of the cost. I’ve purchased three dresses from Alamour The Label, and they never disappoint. I’ve never had more compliments on my dresses before, and they’re all well-made and are just as beautiful in person as in the photos! They’ve also always arrived in a timely manner which is a relief. (I live in the States as a reference.) Definitely my go-to for evening wear!

Bad client Service
Dresses are pretty and fairly well made.
However ATL return policy is extremely wrong and dishonest towards clients. They clearly lack client service,
First of all, it is known that there are no refunds available. You know it when you purchase. You also know you have to pay for shipping the dress back - even internationally. So, yes, be aware.
Until then, everything is fine.
But when you want to use your credit, this is where ATL is very wrong and dishonest:
- You have to use your TOTAL amount in one purchase. Try to get RIGHT ON TARGET and let me know if it is possible. If not, well you end up spending more.
- anyway, it WILL COST YOU as you can't use your credit (which is YOUR MONEY) to pay for shipping
- you also CAN'T take advantage of website promotions, promo codes, if you use your credit. Which, again, is YOUR MONEY. So even if there is an online promotion - like Black Friday - you have to pay FULL PRICE for the items you want in ''exchange''.
They will never give you your money back. They will end up making more money on your back.
Be very careful when you order if you do not want to be stuck ordering something you don't really want just to get rid of this dishonest company.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with their orders. We provide a premium return label service for swift return delivery. If you find our return shipping rates high; we suggest exploring alternative local shipping carriers for potentially more affordable options. You can contact your local postal service for a quoted price on the return.
The reason all store credits are set to be used all at once (by default) is to ensure our customers funds are not being forgotten. In the past, customers were forgetting about their remaining credits with us and was resulting in lost funds & did become very difficult for us to manage this. However, our policy does state that if you prefer not to utilise your store credit funds in one transaction in full; we are more than happy to split this at your request.
Regarding discount codes, our policy is specifically oriented toward serving as incentives for new purchases only, as outlined in our policies. However, we do honour discounts on exchanged items where the same style is simply exchanged for a different size.

Alamour the Label has some of the best quality dresses I have ever found. The attention to detail is top-tier. These dresses are a work of art. My only complaint is that the website is outdated with products that are sold out. The filtering on the website is also not great either.
