Amazing!!!
I always am skeptical when it comes to online shopping but when I came across this site (and their app) I found the most perfect reception dress for my wedding. It was delivered very quickly, 3 days before I was actually expecting it. The dress was wrapped in tissue and when I opened it, it literally smelt like Pina coladas. The quality is more then I ever expected. I recommend this site over any else. I wish I could add photos to this review. I'm so so happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a sample dress…
I recently purchased a sample dress that appeared great in the photographs provided. However, upon receiving it, I felt completely misled by its actual condition.
As a 46-year-old woman with experience purchasing dresses, I carefully reviewed the description, which clearly mentioned glitter. However, I didn’t expect it to behave like a “glitter bomb.” When I opened the package, glitter covered my floor and my body to the extent that the dress became completely unwearable.
In addition to the excessive glitter, the fabric itself was extremely stiff, particularly at the bottom. It seemed matted and bunched up, and pulling on the fabric only caused more glitter to fall off. The overall quality was very disappointing—the dress looked as though it had been hastily steamed and thrown into a bag. The fabric felt more like plastic than fabric, and it lacked any of the elegance shown in the photographs.
Even my friends, upon seeing it, were shocked and asked what the material was supposed to be. This experience has been discouraging, as the dress was far from what was advertised. I typically don’t leave reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to share my honest feedback. Unfortunately, I will not be making another purchase.

As these are final sale items, they cannot be returned or exchanged, but we always want our customers to feel confident in their purchases. Please note that our sale products, including samples, are heavily discounted as they may include minor faults, which we strive to communicate transparently.
While we understand your frustration, the glitter finish of this gown is also clearly listed in the product description. Unfortunately, we cannot make an exception for a return in this case.

Not for me
I bought a dress from there for around $450 and the quality just didn't justify the price. I couldn't get a refund because their policy was credit note only and you can only use the full credit note. Then bought a dress with the credit note, and I think the second dress is better but it's still something I would maybe spend $100 on tops - this is coming from a very frequent online shopper. Seems a lot of people like this store still, but personally I don't think I'll buy anything from there again - for the price I can get 2-3 better quality dresses from somewhere else. I feel like the pictures on the website are the same product, but they do make the product look better than what it is in real life.
One thing I will compliment is reasonable delivery time, packaging, and the fit of the clothing.

I Highly recommend Alamour
I very recently purchased a beautiful black jumpsuit from Alamour. At first I was very skeptical and unsure if I could trust this company. I’am so happy that I made the purchase, my order arrived in a timely manner. When I received it, I was blown away of the quality and the workmanship and how beautifully made the jumpsuit was. Got my wedding dress on sale here for Lanzarote. It was perfect quality for a summer wedding at a bargain price. I got the size large and I’m a size 12 and it fit perfectly. Everyone complemented me on my dress. I’d definitely buy here for odd special occasions.

Bought a dress...
Bought a dress here and it is very pretty and is as pictured. I wish the fabric wasn't glitter as it made it difficult to wear, without some fallout. When I contacted customer service they responded quickly and offered me a credit, upon return, even though it was final sale. I appreciated that. It is a legitimate website, where you can shop safely.

So just as the 1 year was about to expire, I ordered 2 dresses. They looked great on the website. Both size M. One was way too big, one way too small and both completely see through. Don’t bother with this business as they only offer credit and as products are terrible, you end up with nothing

We recognise that every body type is unique, and our size guide is provided as a general reference. Variations in styles and fabrics can affect sizing, and alterations may be needed for the perfect fit.
Both items you purchased are advertised as semi-sheer, and while we understand that this may not suit everyone’s preference, this is clearly stated in the product description.

Deceptive Practices and Unjust Charges – Proceed with Caution!
I recently had an extremely bad experience with Alamour The Label. On 10/02/2024, I placed an order for a made-to-order dress but canceled it the same day. Despite this, I was told the production had already begun on October 3rd, which was surprising since I hadn’t confirmed or agreed to any customization or additional charges.
According to their own policy, only 10% of the total amount should be charged if production hasn't started yet. However, they informed me that 50% of the order total would be deducted as a production fee, which I believe is unfair given the situation.
I’ve tried to resolve the issue directly with the company, but they seem more focused on collecting the fee than addressing my concerns. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and uneasy, and I hope others will be cautious when dealing with them. I urge Alamour The Label to reconsider how they handle these situations to ensure they respect consumers' rights.

Your order was for a Made-To-Order gown, with the estimated timeframe acknowledged and agreed to at the time of purchase. When you reached out to cancel your order, it was two days after placement, and your gown had already entered production on the day the order was placed.
We have done our best to accommodate your request by offering cancellation options. As per our cancellation policy, since the gown had commenced production, we can provide a refund minus the 50% restocking fee or issue you a full store credit.
We understand your request to cancel came within a few days; however, our Made-To-Order policy does state that production begins immediately after an order is placed. We encourage customers to keep this in mind when purchasing from our store.
