Communication is non existent
I am very disappointed with the communication from Alamour. I have initiated a return request and received an email saying they can't see this. Now I am waiting for a response so I can send the item back. Just some customer service would be great. No one answers the what's app and the online chat doesn't work either.
If you a thinking of buying please think twice.

The dreamiest gown - felt like Cinderella!
I came across Alamour when googling “tulle formal dress” for a wedding I would be attending in Lake Como, Italy. I wanted something extra special for what would be the dreamiest wedding I’d probably ever attend! This absolutely stunning baby blue tulle dress of my dreams came before my eyes and I knew I had to get it. The shipping was relatively fast, considering it was coming from Australia to the US. The quality and structure of the corset gown is exceptional. I truly felt like a princess and hope I can find another occasion to wear it again. I will definitely come back to Alamour for any future event-ready dress needs ❤️

I placed an order 4/25 and was told shipping was going to be 6-10 business days. I have yet to receive my order as of 5/13 and everytime I reach out via email I get an automated response which is telling me the same thing constantly. I’m highly upset d/t the shoes I ordered being for my graduation and I had to go spend extra money on other shoes. I don’t wear heels often so this was truly a waste of money. DO NOT SHOP

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS! GARBAGE MARKETED AS LUXURY!
THIS IS A VERY LOUD WARNING TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS SHAM BUSINESS SOURCING ITS DRESSES FROM CHINA.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Alamour will send you awful dresses and will under no circumstances, ever, ever, ever give you your money back. When you request them to take accountability for the crap they have sold to you, they will force more of their crap dresses down your neck by way of a credit note and you will be forced to pay duties/taxes AGAIN on the return and AGAIN on the redelivery. This means, by the end of it you are forced to pay for the cost of the dress, PLUS spend almost £200 in duties/fees/taxes/delivery for a dress that isn't even worth £30 and which you will throw away anyway!
The company has a beautiful interface but what they are selling is worse than SHEIN and Temu. They sent me an XS dress, which was sooo tight and poorly made it didn't even go over my body. When I complained, the woman Tiarna, sent me mind-numbing copied/pasted responses, regurgitating that all she could do was offer a credit note as per the company policy - EVEN THOUGH THE DRESS IS FAULTY.
Any communication with them is literally like talking to a 5-year old child. They parrot and parrot and parrot and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever.
They will take your money and run and you can email them as much as you like about your mistreatment, they will drive you insane with repetitive, false, patronising, bot-generated responses (look at all their responses to complaints here -- you might as well be talking to a machine!)
I asked them to provide me details of their workforce labour policies and proof the images on their website are their intellectual property - and they shut me down by saying they are under no obligation to disclose that information.
DISGUSTING SERVICE. DISGUSTING ETHICS.
HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.
ALAMOUR KNOWS PERFECTLY WELL THEY ARE SELLING AWFUL ITEMS, WHICH IS WHY THEIR POLICY IS SO WATERTIGHT IN NOT ACCEPTING REFUNDS EVEN WHEN THEY SELL YOU SOMETHING FAULTY.
DO NOT waste your money, time or energy.
DO NOT buy from this company.
They will fight you to the bitter end before spending a penny or taking a morsel of accountability.

Highly recommend, smooth import to EU
The customer service was very quick to reply and help me choose the size based on my measurements as well as the type of the dress I wanted.
The dress arrived remarkably fast and as tax and customs was paid through the website I did not have to deal with DHL and the EU customs.
The dress is beautiful, well crafted and just stunning. Tailoring is required but that’s a norm to make a dress fit like a glove.

Your order was made for a Made-To-Order gown, with the estimated timeframe ticked and agreed to at the time of purchase. When you reached out to enquire about having the dress shipped earlier than this date, we advised you that this was unfortunately not possible as the timeframe stated allows for the production and shipment of your gown to us.
We accommodated your request to cancel and, since your gown had started in production, offered you a refund minus a 50% restocking fee (as per our policy), or full store credit. You opted for the latter and we processed this for you right away.
Shortly after, you had a different discussion with another representative, regarding your cancellation options. We again offered to cancel the gift card and issue a partial refund, but you opted to proceed with the store credit, stating that you had found another gown to order.
We’ve observed that your gift card has been utilised to create a new order, which is scheduled for prompt dispatch.
Given that you've utilised your gift card to place a new order, we believe we've accommodated your needs and kindly request the removal of these reviews. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to address any concerns promptly and effectively.
