Two lovely dresses!
I purchased two dresses in a sale as I was worried about the quality which had stopped me from purchasing.
The Alivia which is lined, stunning, although probably better suited to women with larger boobs.
Selena is beautiful too and fits very well.
Both nice quality, true to size.

LOVE the dress and the service

I love how the dress was delivered , the package is on another level it is very luxurious even though was a bit broken but i can totally understand it is not your fault it is the delivery company processing way . Terrible quality, terrible fabric, looks nothing like the photos, sizing chart completely off, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
What a horrible shopping experience. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing a dress!
Their sizing chart is completely off and the dress that I got is HUGE.
The quality is so poor, I paid hundreds of dollars for this dress + shipping (express) + duty , and I could have had a dress for $50 on Ali Express of this quality.
I reached out to Customer service who refused to do a return (I reached out ON the day I received it) and they only offered a store credit. This shows the lack of confidence in their product as they won't take it back. They are overcharging clients.
I see that there are other hundreds of other customers who went through the same as me. I wish I had seen it earlier!
All the company does is send a copy paste of their return policy without understanding what the issue is. I see they have done this everyone...They even have a clause about poor standards/quality as not being a reason for return. It says a lot!
This was supposed to be for my wedding, I absolutely cannot wear this. It looks so cheap... I have purchased the Corinna dress. The photos on their website and instagram are clearly photoshopped and false advertising.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress for my upcoming wedding from this site, only to discover they don't provide cash refunds, opting for store credit instead. Despite years of online shopping, I overlooked checking return policies, assuming most reputable sites would refund money for unwanted items. Regrettably, I now find myself with limited options. I strongly caution against purchasing from this site to prevent the frustration of losing your hard-earned money.

This company is just a fraud, poor service and quality.
This company is just a fraud, the service was just disappointing. I ordered a dress and checked the sizing chart and yet it was too big, I emailed them for a refund instead of store credit because why should I pay for another duties and taxes just to use the store credits? It costs me 80 pounds to ship to UK. This is madness and it’s just trying to rip your money. I’ve never seen a company that only refund store credits and yet they sell their dresses with high prices and low quality. Also, if I want to return the dress I still have to pay yet another duties and taxes, honestly what is the point even. They just want to take money from you. I can buy the same quality of dress from SHEIN that would only cost me 50 pounds. Absolute fraud this company. Do not order from there.

The £80.29 GBP you paid is the taxes and duties that need to be paid to UK customs. These fees are unavoidable and are not a cost incurred by Alamour The Label. This is a cost we pre-collect for your convenience to ensure limited wait times on your order. Further to this, our inbound rates are much higher than our export rates hence the high cost. We provide this service as a convenient, fast & efficient shipping option for our customers, however, you are not obliged to use this return method. This is one my very favorite dresses
This is one my very favorite dresses.
The fabrication: top quality, even the tulle underskirt is so feminine without being froofy
The print: subtle cream and crimson, so easy to style
The fit: really excellent even as i went down a couple of sizes
Wore this on a carousel in Florence, Italy and felt like i was living that Alamour the Label resort summer girl life.
Bonus: It also held up beautifully in a vacum sealed bag without dry cleaners.
Was perfect for date night too.

Horrid experience.
I am a size 12 (US) and I knew they typically size extra skinny so I sized up to 2XL, which would’ve corresponded according to their size guide. The dress was huge everywhere except they still have size A cups!!! What kind of 2XL woman has A cups?! Not only was it a ridiculous and unpredictable flaw of the design, they absolutely refused to refund me, as they only give store credit, which is ridiculous when the problem is that they clearly don’t know how to make dresses for anyone who isn’t size 0-6 and that makes it impossible for me to buy ANYTHING from there again. Their customer service politely told me several times that they would not budge, and they would not allow for me to speak to anyone higher up than they are. This is a very expensive con.
Edit: “sizing issue” is really a reductive way of classifying this issue. This is a clear lack of skill in dressmaking. The dress is several inches too big and yet the cups are tiny. You can’t even follow your own size guide measurements. 12 months means nothing, I don’t want to waste $600 12 months later because you cannot make size inclusive clothing.
Edit: Your styles that you suggested would all have the same issue. A “broad” reference?! 5 inches too big is not a one size difference even. That is wild. Basically your store has an illegal policy under which they hold 0 accountability and offer garbage guarantees. This is simply fraud. Also you keep using the exact same phrases which makes me think I’m just dealing with a bot. You’ll have to have better answer for when your policy gets reviewed by the ACCC. These arguments aren’t even mildly logical.

Had some trouble with the expected shipping date but the customer service team on WhatsApp was helpful and responsive. I received my dress on the desired date.
Ordering process was easy, I took precise measurements of myself and sent it to their team to advise whether the M or L was best (since I was between 2 sizes) the dress fit me pretty well… only feedback would be.. since the dress is “made to order”, being able to customize the dress would be a better service, esp with that price point and wait time. I did have to alter the slit (it was too high) and tighten it around my bust.
Overall, will be purchasing from them again.

Compliments for days
Alamour The Label has a huge range of beautiful dresses. I bought the Charlotte dress for a wedding and have never before received so many compliments!
I was a little worried when I bought it that it would be too long (I’m 5”1) or that the bust wouldn’t fit (10F) so I sized up but I was put at ease by the detailed descriptions and returns policy just in case. The dress fit well, as the material had some stretch. The length was fine as it wasn’t a full length gown.
I’m in love with this brand and cannot wait to have an excuse to buy another dress!
