My experience with Alba Cars was fantastic through out. Sales process was handled perfectly by Jon, and Aymen helped with the vehicle handover process and taking care of any remaining formalities. I am grateful to Jon and Aymen for the seamless transaction and their professionalism.

I know this review is coming quite late, but it has been on my mind for a long time and I need to finally get it out.

In August 2023 I bought a 2016 Maserati Ghibli SQ4 from Alba Cars for AED 120,000. Everything at the beginning seemed fine. The process went smoothly, the staff was polite and confident, and the car looked great at first sight. I trusted Alba Cars because I thought I was buying from a professional and qualified dealership that checks their vehicles properly before selling them.

Only a few hours after I drove off the lot, I started noticing the first problems. The headrest was very loose, one of the headlights had a delay and would only turn on much later, and there were a few other small issues that clearly existed before the sale but were not obvious during the short test drive. I immediately contacted Alba Cars the same day to report these problems, expecting that they would take it seriously and at least have a look. Instead, they told me everything was normal and that I should not worry about it.

Shortly after that, the real issue started. The car developed an oil leak from the engine. I took it to another workshop for a proper inspection, and they confirmed that this leak had existed for quite some time already. It was not something that suddenly appeared after a few days of driving. The moment I heard that, I understood that the car had existing problems before I bought it and that they were simply not disclosed to me.

I tried to contact Alba Cars again to find a fair solution, but this time I got no help at all. They stopped replying, and the same people who had been friendly and responsive before the sale suddenly showed no interest once the payment was done. I was left completely on my own with a car that already had serious issues.

After around three months I decided to ask them about a possible trade-in, hoping maybe we could at least find some kind of compromise. I had bought the car for 120,000 AED, and they offered me only 50,000 to 60,000 AED. That was honestly insulting. A drop of more than 50% in only three months clearly showed that they already knew the car had problems when they sold it to me.

After multiple expensive workshop visits and ongoing issues, I finally decided to have the vehicle checked through Dubizzle. The inspection results completely shocked me. They confirmed that the car was actually an accident vehicle and had been fully repainted. None of this was ever mentioned or disclosed by Alba Cars during the sale. They presented it as a clean, well-maintained car, and I believed them.

After a long and frustrating process, I ended up selling the car through Dubizzle for 60,000 AED, which means I lost half of what I originally paid for it. Not because of bad luck, but because the car was never as they described it.

From the moment I paid, everything changed. Before the sale, the communication was great, they were friendly and responsive. The moment I drove away, I was no longer treated like a customer. I was ignored, not taken seriously, and completely left alone with the problems.

I am extremely disappointed with Alba Cars. I understand that when buying a used car you should always check everything carefully, but when you buy from a dealer that claims to be reputable, you expect honesty and transparency. If it had been a private seller, I would understand, but from a dealership like Alba Cars this is simply unacceptable.

They sold me a car that had existing technical issues and an undisclosed accident history. Then they ignored me when I tried to fix the situation. That is not how a professional business should treat its customers.

Alba Cars is not honest, not transparent, and not trustworthy. I would never buy from them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone, even if they were the only dealer in Dubai.

I am sorry that you have to read something like this here, but I needed to write it. I am not the kind of person who usually posts reviews, but this situation has been bothering me for a very long time and I just had to get it off my chest.

What can be a fairly complex process was taken care of in-house and all necessary docs, licenses, insurance etc., all processed by ALBA.
Slight delay in releasing the vehicle purchased but best to have all checks done. Will consider using ALBA again.

Everything, start from one day and text drive to handover of car.

I never knew or was aware that such places do exist in Dubai for the used cars where each and every cars looks intact and gives you an impression of a showroom condition. Honestly, i am very impressed with Alba Cars and was very blessed to have the assistance from the people who are so professional and focused on their job. Specially thanks to Jonathan, Aymen and faraad for the excellent service experience throughout the journey. Alba cars is the best option you would ever get in Dubai. Thank you once again alba cars.

I got the best experience from alba cars is just because of AYMEN AND ALEX , they helped me through each and everything till the delivery of my car , I would highly recommend them to my family or friends who is willing to buy from alba cars

1)car delivery (incl my UAE UD) was delayed causing an issue as my ID was urgently required for other matters.
2) Car when finally ready was delivered with quasi no petrol (apparent oversight ),
3) shortly after taking over ownership the car needed servicing and oil change !!! Snother apparent oversight!!
4) even though the service need was Alba’s fault I had to personally deliver and pick up the car from service (associated with Uber fees dnd time loss).
The rating should be one star, but I gave it two …. And this only because of AYMEN who was helping out in any possible manner to remedy and iron out the issues and shortfalls as described above. Aymen deserves a 5-star rating for his commendable customer orientation and professionalism.

I was about to purchase a Mercedes E300 (2025) from Pre-Owned Gargash, but due to a slight price difference, I bought it from ALBA. During the sales process, ALBA assured me that the warranty would still be covered by Gargash. The salesman even showed me proper documentation to support this claim.

However, after completing the purchase and verifying with Gargash, I was informed that the warranty is not under their company. This clearly shows I was misled and deceived.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted ALBA to resolve the issue. Initially, they asked me to wait and assured me that they would solve the matter, but they have continued to delay without providing any proper resolution. Every time I follow up, I receive the same response: “We will sort it out”—yet nothing is being done. Their proposed solutions are only the ones that appease them, not a fair resolution for me as a customer. I have already lodged a complaint with Consumer Protection regarding this matter.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel customers should be aware of such practices before making a purchase.

This is my second time using Alba Cars and they have been exceptional again.. helpful, knowledgeable and straight to the point. Will 100% recommend Jonny (again) and Aymen

I purchased a one year old car from Alba cars in 2023 which cost me 215,000 second hand (premium rate for the make and model). When I went to sell it this month I discovered that the car had been in a fairly major accident which they failed to inform me of at the time of purchase. I was told the owner found the car too big and traded in for a more suitable car. I've now only been able to sell the car at around 60 percent of the value of a similar model with clean history. Even the dreaded Dubai dealers would not take the car due to the previous accident history. My advice do your own due diligence as Alba obviously don't before selling you a car at max market value. I'm not sure if it is a legal requirement to disclose accident history but it should be a moral one.
