The new shed was to be delivered & erected mid morning, sure enough the truck arrived at 9:45.
Two friendly lads took no time in unloading & carrying parts around to our back garden. Then in no time at all the shed was built, roof liner fitted, manoeuvred slightly & finished. I have nothing but praise for our experience with Albany, from the initial help at the showrooms to the final delivery & erection.

What a lovely company to deal with from beginning to the end. Knowledgable staff & super polite & tidy guys who put the shed up. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a shed ! Thankyou.

The shed was delivered on time and the two guys were very helpful putting the shed where i wanted, the quality of the shed is very good. I put it together with no problems.

The two guys who carried out the two sheds erection did a great job. Both installations had their challenges but they managed to complete the job with smiles on their faces which was great for customer relations. Well done guys.

The shed is exactly as i hoped it would be. The two members of staff who assembled the shed were polite and courteous and ensured before erecting the shed that it would be in exactly the position that I required it to be. In addition they also explained about the after care service if I had issues in future times.

We are impressed by the quality of the summerhouse (a Cotswold modern) with four opening windows and double doors, the construction is solid and the quality of fittings is exceptional. The process of viewing, purchase, delivery and assembly was faultless, the staff were polite and helpful in every aspect. Deb was extremely helpful in arranging a date to suit us. From the initial walk in to the office right through to completion, the service was top notch.
We wanted a bedpoke version of the Kent Shed in 14ft x 6ft, thesales office understood exactly what we wanted and produced a 3D drawing along with and plans.
Kept us informed all through all steps and upto installation date.
A couple of guys turned up on the set day and erected the shed very nicely with no fuss.

Excellent service throughout. Staff were so helpful in the showroom and delivery and construction were on time and fuss free. Even when there was a slight hitch with the size of the base, the guys took it in their stride, sorted it and got on with the job.
