Anika is the most incredible teacher and human! Cannot recommend this course more highly. I was fairly new to reiki and have found this energy harnessing process to be such a powerful skill. I feel brighter, stronger, more connected to the world around me than ever before.

A truly magical experience. Both enlightening and lightening! I was blown away by the power of the Reiki session and utterly amazed by the flooding of light. I have had reiki before but never experienced anything like the coloured lights inside my head. The first colour pouring into my head was purple, strong and vivid but flowing rather than solid. Green followed, also vivid and wavelike. Red, orange and a little bit of yellow then back to green before finishing with an almost iridescent purple. A few time throughout the session I thought the sun was pouring through the window as I sensed bright white lights, these were more powerful and intense than the colours and less wavelike but unbelievably strong! Thank you Anika for such an incredible experience, can’t wait for the next one and I am definitely going to try to get to London to a Workshop.

Anika is a wonderful giving Teacher, eager for all her students to engage in the process and leave enabled to help themselves and others - after I have completed the hours of practice necessary for level 2, I will definitely choose to continue with Anika. Try it, it’s good to hit the double whammy of self care and giving back to others. cannot rate this one day course highly enough- the location, the teacher, the small intimate group - all were conducive to learning with ease and pleasure - the course was reiki level one, she gave us each a thoughtfully put together guidebook for the day and to enable continuation of study/ practice after the course and it is the best handout I have ever received - so clear and concise even for me, dyslexic, dyspraxic and adhd. I came with pens and paper and needn’t have bothered, everything was catered for, speaking of catering I must give a nod to the cafe in the light centre- value for money, delicious food and cake for every taste/food type ( veggie/vegan/ and other indulgent yet healthier yum) utterly perfect in every way. Thank you Anika, keep spreading the alchemy of energy magic.

Anika is lovely and a great teacher. I really enjoyed the course. She made the experience unique and personal and I effortlessly learnt so much.

First the room felt magical with all the candles around and diffuser of essentials oils. We all had gorgeous workbooks. The attention to details was touching. Annika has a beautiful energy. Which make all the participants at ease and gave a feeling of safety to learn to work with Reiki energy. I left confident with others somehow everyone connected in the positive energy. This morning as I was reading my workbook and notes I felt very grateful. It all makes sense very clear and spot on with the informations. Enough to continue the journey in using the Reiki energy. The light centre was easy to access by tube, the food was made by an Italian woman, who also baked some cakes, of course it was delicious ❤️.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Reiki workshop with Anika. From the moment I walked in, the energy in the space was so warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. Anika is an amazing teacher, her wisdom, kindness, and deep understanding of Reiki made the whole experience truly special.

The workshop was not only insightful but also deeply healing. The chakra unblocking session was powerful, and the connection with the other participants made it even more meaningful. You could really feel how much love and care was put into every aspect of the workshop.

At the end, we all received our Reiki certificates, which was such a beautiful and heartfelt moment. It was a reminder of the energy, learning, and transformation we shared throughout the day.

I highly recommend the reiki level one workshop. Anika is a brilliant and kind teacher and it was a really interesting and thoroughly relaxing experience. Whether you have experience with reiki or none at all, the workshop is inclusive and valuable for alI involved with a great mix of theory and practical techniques. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a very long time!

I just had the most incredible Quantum Healing Session with Annika, and I can’t recommend it enough! I suffer from severe cramps during my period, and today was day one—normally the worst. As the session began, I felt a gentle warmth spreading through my body, and before I knew it, I had completely relaxed and fallen asleep.

I woke up two minutes before the session ended, feeling well-rested, peaceful, and completely pain-free—something I never thought possible on a day like this! It was truly a transformative experience.

I had never had reiki before but had heard a little bit about it so was very interested to try! Anika explained everything so easily for me to understand before the treatment and then was just so AMAZING at it 🙌🏻. I would 100% recommended her to anyone whether it’s their first treatment or 1000th one!!! She is obviously very talented at this and everyone should be going to her!
