I have been training for 20 years now on and off . I have had at least 7 different therapists in one way or another , sports therapists, physiotherapists and chiropractors and hands down Lauren is the BEST. Lauren is a great sports massage therapist, she listens to how you’re feeling, looks at your posture, and feels for herself where work is needed most. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable; she doesn’t just give a great massage but she also recommends exercises you can do at home, aswell as important aftercare advice. I always feel so much better after having a massage!

First of all Lauren is charming and a lovely human being. She understands how body works and she tailor her massage to what your body needs rather than just following the stereotypical massage routine. She is passionate about her work and I find her work definitely helping my body recovery after a gym.

I've recently been dealing with a shoulder injury from overuse at the gym.

Lauren not only provided instant relief during our first session, but also provided helpful exercises and stretches to manage the issue moving forward.

Just had a sports massage with Lauren and wow—my body feels brand new! I’ve been dealing with tight muscles and general post-workout soreness for weeks, and this session hit all the right spots.

Right from the start, she made me feel super comfortable and really listened to what was going on with my body. She worked through all the knots and tension without it being unbearable (don’t get me wrong—it’s not a fluffy spa massage, but it was exactly what I needed).

She gave me tips on stretches and how to look after myself after the session so I’m not back in the same state next week.

I left feeling looser, lighter, and honestly just better all round. If you’re active, sitting at a desk all day, or just carrying stress in your body, I can’t recommend Lauren enough. Total game changer!

I see Lauren ~monthly for a full body massage, primarily to help with my back/should tension and pain, and cannot recommend her enough! She's friendly and attentive, the massage is brilliant and I always feel so much better after her visit! I love that i can have the massage in the comfort in my own home, and she always makes me feel at ease. Lauren also recently took the time to explain what exercises/stretches i could do to keep my back and shoulders more mobile, to ease the tension between appointments, which i really appreciated! Would definitely highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for an excellent sports massage from a lovely person :)

I spoke with Lauren in advance regarding a reoccurring injury, she gave me advice on recovery protocol prior to any work being undertaken. Once we felt comfortable with the healing process I was able to see Lauren for sports massages to promote healing and correct tightness in other areas that may have contributed to my injury. Excellent experience, very professional and knowledgable. I will be returning for regular preventative maintenance.

Lauren is currently by far my personal favourite masseuse I have ever experienced. Not only due to her attentive physical capabilities, but also the environment she creates. She gives the impression she cares about the nuisances and issues with my body, and tailors her approach, to exactly what I’m needing on any given day. Not only that, she creates the most comforting and relaxed atmosphere, before and after the massage. Not only do I look forward to her massages, but it’s like going to see an old friend for a catch up at the same time. Couldn’t recommend enough. 5/5

I had a fantastic sports massage that really helped with my running recovery. Lauren focused on my tight muscles and worked out all the knots, especially in my legs and calves. I felt lighter, looser, and more balanced on my next run. Highly recommend for any runner looking to speed up recovery and prevent injuries! I will definitely be booking back in soon
