Dont use this company. Its a scam. They take your money but do not deliver. They say the order was deliverd on the tracking page but do not reply to any e mail sent to their customer service address.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS, CHEATERS, IDIOTS WITH FALSE ADVERTS. THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM SAID PRODUCT DELIVERED WHILE NOTHING ARRIVED AT THE ADDRESS. i WROTE MANY EMAILS TO THEM BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND. PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE ARISE THIS ISSUE AND TAKE THESE SCAMMERS OUT OF THE MARKET

Alas another SCAM and hands up .. if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Waited a month then tracking indicated that a delivery was made at a time when I was home. Emailed and asked for POD, Unsurprisingly no response

Fake. Online scam. Ordered a pair of shoes and nothing received. No response to my emails. Cheated. I lost my money.

Zero Star Rating. This is a total scam. Wish I'd read reviews before placing my order. As others have said Tracker shows products as delivered but have not been and company(?) does not respond to emails. Be aware, do not waste your time and money with this company

Sadly i had to hit the one star,for me to be able to actually write a review,given the choice,i would have hit minus 20 stars,as i am having the same trouble as everybody else it seems......i waited virtually a month for my goods to be delivered,i was given a tracking number,& then all of a sudden,my goods were delivered,according to the tracker,when they clearly had not been.....at 06.38,before i had left for work allegedly....subsequent emails have been ignored,& not surprisingly in hindsight,there is no contact phone number,so i too,as many others here have said will be getting in touch with my bank for a section 75 procedure o take place

Order placed and never delivered. Always in transit. Emailed several times and never got a reply. Still waiting well over a month and still no delivery

This Company Are Garbage, I Ordered Shoes And Was Waiting For Them To Be Delivered, After about 2weeks I Checked The Tracker, It Said The Shoes Were Delivered The Previous Day To The Customer, I Did not Recive Any Shoes, Also Have Camera Evidence To Prove That NO Parcel Arrvived At My Door, Have Emailed Them Numerous Times Now
But No Reply, AVOID Using This Company They Are LIARS

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL GET NOTHING DELIVERED EVER! CAN'T EVEN CONTACT THE COMPANY AS THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS.

As all the other reviews waited a month from april 27th on 27th may say order has been delivered but has not gmailed 5/6 times &no reply to any this company are fraudsters i am going to see if my bank can do anything for me stay well clear

Ordered over a month ago and still not received.
Emailed their customer service 3 times and no reply

Should be zero stars and I should have read the reviews first.
As with everyone else it took over a month and then you get notified that it's been delivered, but I was in all day and nobody came.
Total con, steer well clear, luckily I paid with credit card and have started the process to get my money back.

Placed an order on the 01/04/2026 and it's showing as delivered at 06:43 am on the Aldrich website and 03:35 am on the Shop App (Instabox Tracking); both incorrect as no one in the U.K delivers that early. To date I still haven't received anything. Sent multiple emails and still no response. I've had to start a charge back claim through my bank.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. SCAM WEBSITE WHO DON'T RESPOND.

Ordered the shoes and socks - took a long time to get a response for a delivery. Then after 6 weeks, it says delivered but never received the order as we were at home that day. Sent 3 emails asking where my order is but no reply.
I will contact my bank to recover my money as I have never received it.
This has to be reported to authorities and will be grateful if someone could share how to report this company?

Wish my husband had read the reviews before placing his order! Tracked order from China for a month but no delivery made on date indicated. No replies to our many emails either. Absolutely terrible - no shoes and no refund ☹️

Terrible service never reply to your emails. Been waiting over 20 days for my parcel. Now it’s disappeared from their site. Cannot find my order.

I ordered on 16th April followed on tracking and checked progress daily. Checking at 1am on 15th May tracking said 'Delivered' 05. 30am 15th May. THEY NEVER ARRIVED! I have sent 3 emails to them and NO REPLY!

Order placed on April 10th now May 16th and not yet received they say it has been delivered 😀 I have not received it. Do not order from this company. I have sent 6 emails no reply.

Shoud'nt have any star rating.A black hole is more apprpriate.Paid upfront,ages for"delivery", no "delivery" as they indicated,no response to e-mails.DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!

Took a long time to get near to me they said it was delivered at 10.02am but did not arrive checked all houses near by and all door bell footage there was nothing I e-mailed them 4 times no reply this Aldrich shoe place seems like it does not in existence it's a SCAM/ CON place do not use or you will lose money like i did
