We can't speak to their chemicals' quality because we never got through the ordering process. We've been a US tax-paying business in operation for eight years with a squeaky-clean record, yet communication was handled like we were trash to be taken out. Happy to do business elsewhere.

Quantity in stock on their website is false. Delivery times are a joke - it could be a week or it could be months. Don't like it? Too bad. Best you can get out of customer service is essentially: Sorry. Have you considered alternatives to the product you actually paid for and need? Not recommended if you need reliable or time sensitive items. Upside is that the product, when or if you get it, is functional as intended.

Appalling delivery times and false stock positions on web site, implying stock available when none exists.

poor communication, inaccurate stocking, a completely disorganized unprofessional company with obvious leadership issues.

we ordered a fairly standard chemical,used in analytical testing. they stated the product was in stock and ready to ship.

this began a 3 week run around to even figure out the status of the order, let alone receive it. if I feel like waiting 3-4 weeks I can order from china for 1/4 the cost. ordering from sigma is supposed to be about convenience, which this was definitely not.

Ps. Blev taget i tolden, så endte med at betale 9 milliarder ekstra, men det var en oplevelse!
