I love the product, it shipped in a timely matter considering the distance, and it is beautiful! very high quality fur and true to size!

Great: The coat was delivered in 7 days so very quickly.

The quality of the Bria fur coat is amazing and exactly as described.

Only thing I would critique is that the accuracy of the tracking information via the ‘Shop’ app was poor. It said that my item was just being shipped when it already arrived 3 days earlier so I wouldn’t rely on their tracking. Another thing is that because your buying an expensive coat the packaging could be nicer as it only came in a plastic zip lock bag and tissue paper with the brand logo which had my address on, I think a box and a bow to give that more luxurious vibe the brand is going for and would be a nice ‘unveiling’ experience that is common with luxury brands.

Everything was perfect! It was an easy shopping experience, the shipping was very fast and the coat is gorgeous and amazing quality! Would recommend! :)

I ordered two coats from Alessa and absolutely love them! The quality is amazing and the fur feels and looks so luxurious. The coats are even more beautiful in person.

I initially had some concerns regarding my order and delivery, but the customer service was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. They took my concerns seriously, looked into everything for me, made sure i got my coats on time (since i needed them for an upcoming trip) and kept me updated.

The black fur jacket arrived today. It’s beautiful and fits me really well.
