No issues with ordering. Product good quality. Sadly had to return as although measurements spot on according to size guide, the item was far too big. Awaiting refund but can take up to 10 days. Unable to just exchange for smaller size so having to wait for refund before can reorder, which is disappointing.

Amazing customer service
Item posted in really good time, and the items were exactly as described.
The customer service was amazing, I put the wrong address down for delivery and couldn't get in contact with the delivery service and the customer service handled it for me, no stress.
Definitely recommend using these guys, and I will definitely be back!

I order full scrub but I received only the top despite that when I ordered was saying that is full scrub. Find it difficult to communicate with customer service and i haven't given any track number and no updates about my order.

EDIT 2: They then sent me a message asking for my details so they could verify I am a genuine customer. I filled these in and suddenly, out of the blue, I was subscribed to their newsletter. 😂
EDIT: You see the bit in the reply about supplying information previously requested, they didn't previously request any information or try to contact me at all. It looks like they are confused. Yep, definitely going elsewhere now.
Tried to order some scrubs from the site. The site is glitchy and I struggled. When I tried to check out, it kept telling me there was a problem and to come back later. My basket is now empty but an order has been produced. I cannot cancel it. I tried sending a message through the chat bot, but it just kept going round in circles. Thank goodness I didn't enter my payment details. Having had a look through the reviews, I think I best go elsewhere. Shame, I've previous experience of good quality products from them pre pandemic. I guess they've gone downhill since then.
