I order full scrub but I received only the top despite that when I ordered was saying that is full scrub. Find it difficult to communicate with customer service and i haven't given any track number and no updates about my order.

EDIT 2: They then sent me a message asking for my details so they could verify I am a genuine customer. I filled these in and suddenly, out of the blue, I was subscribed to their newsletter. 😂
EDIT: You see the bit in the reply about supplying information previously requested, they didn't previously request any information or try to contact me at all. It looks like they are confused. Yep, definitely going elsewhere now.
Tried to order some scrubs from the site. The site is glitchy and I struggled. When I tried to check out, it kept telling me there was a problem and to come back later. My basket is now empty but an order has been produced. I cannot cancel it. I tried sending a message through the chat bot, but it just kept going round in circles. Thank goodness I didn't enter my payment details. Having had a look through the reviews, I think I best go elsewhere. Shame, I've previous experience of good quality products from them pre pandemic. I guess they've gone downhill since then.

Terrible quality and poor customer support
I have been trying to return my the scrubs I ordered and haven’t received a reply from support for over a week. I would not order again. The scrubs are not the same quality they used to be, looks like cheap plastic and not good.

Keep away from Alexandra and DHL
Will never use Alexandra again. They use DHL ecommerce which is the most unrelaible / dishonest company. I have stayed at home 4 days in a row waiting for a collection for return and they never turn up. Alexandra is extremely poor ar dealing with the situation, I have been calling and e-mailing but no response. So never again I want anything to do with Alexandra and I will make sure all my NHS colleagues are aware of that.

Dreadful
Dreadful, avoid at all costs! Ordered 3 scrubs tops and 3 trousers. No email confirmation of order. Received 4 scrubs tops and no trousers. Emailed several times to request correct order be sent. No reply at all to any of my emails. I requested returns information to send back the part/ incorrect order but have received no reply. Currently have a dispute open via my bank to try to reclaim my money.
