Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! They are outright scammers. They booked our flights, but when we tried to check in, we were unable to. Instead of crediting us, they withdrew money from our account. They even canceled our return flight without notifying us, leaving us stranded and forcing us to buy new tickets.
If you post an honest review about these scammers, they'll likely try to cover it up. They might delete your review or flood the site with fake five-star ratings. Don't let yourself be fooled by their tactics. Protect your hard-earned money and learn from others' mistakes.

Scammers, Don't do business with this company!
Please please warning you don't buy any ticket or book hotels through this company they are proper scammer first they take your money then they will tell you its cancelled after that they don't refund your money or they will tell to have voucher to buy tickets again from them to scam you again the scammers call them various names like Boris, Mike, Davis, Hayzer and so on.

Scam company
Scam company. I was told my British airways flight was cancelled and told that there was a reserve flight I needed to book. This flight didn’t exist. I was under the impression I was speaking to British airways and they were happy for me to pay and then I received an invoice from this company. Shocking, needs to be investigated and shut down. Scammers like this company will continue to steal money until they are shut down. They also operate under a trading name of Times Travel LTD

Warning to anyone thinking of using…
Warning to anyone thinking of using this company to book tickets or anything relating to a holiday you will be scammed I’ve been fighting for my money back for at least 5 months saying my refund is pending I’m still waiting!!so I decided to put a review on last week sharing my experience with this company,the following day I got phonecalls,wattsapp messages asking if I would take down my review and I would recieve my refund quicker they said the refund would be in my account between 5-8 days is what I was told by mr Daniel James the senior person in charge which makes it worse!!practically begging me to take down the review and to do him a favour🤨so it seems they do not like you writing the bad reviews and the the 5 star reviews are written by themselves as no one in there right minds would be getting anything from this company other than scammed a minus million star review if I could they are disgusting!!

Do not book through them they are scam
I called Opodo to inquire about visa requirements for my international passport when traveling through Spain. However, my call was unexpectedly transferred to a third-party company. The representative from this company falsely identified themselves as an Opodo customer service agent.
The agent whose name Ash informed me that they could add a note to my flight ticket to exempt me from visa requirements. He then offered me a flight for £97, which was significantly higher than the prices listed on the Opodo website (£42 and £57). When I questioned the price difference, they claimed that the "prime" discount was not applicable due to the visa exemption and that the additional cost was for a "service extra."
After the agent (Ash) confirmed to me that I would not need a visa to transit through Spain and that the flight type was super flexible, I agreed to proceed with the booking. The agent provided me with a link to pay online, but the payment was rejected. They then provided me with bank details for a direct transfer.
Despite completing the payment, I later discovered that the flight ticket did not include the promised visa exemption and that the flight type was not super flexible. When I contacted the airline to verify these details, they confirmed that there was no record of the visa exemption and advised me to check with the Spanish embassy.
Upon contacting the Spanish embassy, I was informed that a visa was indeed required. Attempts to reach the agent from the fraudulent company were unsuccessful, as they either refused to answer calls or claimed that the issue could only be resolved by the original booking agent whose name is Ash, who was supposedly out of office.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that I had been charged double for the flight, both through the online payment link and the bank transfer.
Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to find a satisfactory resolution with the company, and I must now pursue legal remedies
