we been trying to book a flight to italy JAMES from Alexa travel was dealing with our booking we made the payment....we been waiting for a week to the confirmation but no respond..from my bank statement it show they taken the money there bank is national WESTMINSTER BANK PLC...P lease be careful and report it ASAP ....

James after he stolen my money told me that they scam people report it please if anyone effected or been scammed by they report it to bbc Dogwatch program they are dealing with it
Please be careful and don’t make any bank transfer they will steal your money they done it with me and other people NEVER DO ANY MONEY TRANSFER u will never get your money back

Alexa travel the best travel agency.
Alexa travel their customer service was good especially Ben.
Their prices aren't very expensive compared to other travel agencies.
The were patient especially when it came to paying for the ticket.
They have installment plan which was quite good if you didn't have all the money in one go.
When it comes to change your date of travel they were quite flexible and prices were excellent.
Ben thank you for all your help and you were absolutely brilliant.
