i've lost internet connection for 3 months now and everytime i go to complaine they never really do anything they'd say that they'll look into it but never do. very unprofessional!

Worst company on the face of this earth, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The wifi is TERRIBLE. They should be ashamed of theirselves this is a joke of a company 🤡 Upgrade it!!!

Really bad, the employees there do not know anything in their field, just dummies with a badge and tie who service clients only and particularly at the transaction procedure. the service there is below worse but you should not be surprised since this establishment is entirely pathetic in terms of quality just like this nation in general, here is an example: I paid for 8 Mbps debit subscription (2600 DZD or 27$/month), The real life speed I got is 1.38 Mbps, not to mention the constant severance and cutoffs of connection and spikes of ping and latency.
I'm not overreacting but I if it was my call, this company's been defrauding and ripping off Internet users for a decade ,hereby it's definitely to be ceased and to be sued, therefore re-establishing a NEW and completely different ISP with proper workers who are able to run it smoothly is the wisest decision to pick.
