Muhmmad Usman was very helpful in getting us a quote that met our budget. He was very prompt in his responses and made changes we asked quickly. Although we needed to postpone our umrah trip, I had a very good experience working with Muhmmad and will reach out when we're ready to book.

I had an excellent experience with Al Haram Travel & Tours during my Umrah planning. Brother Muhammad Usman was courteous, responsive, and patient in answering my questions. Even though I chose another agency, he remained professional, congratulated me, and sincerely prayed for my journey. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and respectful communication. JazakAllahu Khairan, and may Allah bless your team.

Booking done for umrah this year, it was the best experience and made the whole trip worth while. Highly recommended from our family.

Overall good experience. In terms of customer service, commitment and rates. Highly Recommend 💯

I booked an Umrah package for my family on 1st of November 2025. I had a shortage of time but Alhamdu’Lillah they arranged for us umrah visa, tickets, hotel reservations and transportation with in 10 days and we performed umrah on 10th of November. They provided us with 4 and 5 star multiple hotel options and we selected Alkiswah Towers Hotel in Makkah and Grand Zowar Hotel in Madina. Their customer support is really great especially Mr.Kawish who was in contact with us 24/7. I recommend their services as I’m fully satisfied with them.

I recently traveled to Umrah with family and it was an incredible experience. I can’t express enough how smoothly everything went, thanks to brother Omer for taking care of the whole process before, during, and even checking up on us after we returned. From booking, to changing last minute itinerary, to our day to day in Umrah everything went perfectly and smoothly. Omer was available at all times if we had any questions or concerns and took care of it right away. I highly recommend Al Haram Travel and Tours, and will be using them in the near future again.
