First Umrah, no regrets
First time doing Umrah and honestly I had no clue what I was doing. Booked with them because my uncle used them last year and said they were reliable, turned out to be the right call.
Visa and documentation was handled properly. I just submitted my stuff and they kept updating me at every step, I never had to call and chase anyone which I was expecting to be a nightmare. Flights were fine, and the Makkah hotel was like a 7-8 minute walk from Haram which was clutch for Fajr.
Best part was our group leader. He sat us all down before we started and explained the whole process properly, made sure nobody got separated, and didn't get annoyed no matter how many times we asked the same questions. I was nervous about messing up the rituals so that genuinely helped a lot.
Only complaint is the Madinah hotel was further out than I expected, and the breakfast buffet got repetitive by day four. Minor stuff in the bigger picture.
Overall worth every rupee. Would go with them again InshaAllah.
