Refund still not received 14 days after my return was delivered. I’ve emailed 3 times and been completely ignored. Lack of communication and failure to process refunds properly is very disappointing.

It was so personal and responsive. it was good to have the same person dealing with my query and I couldn't fault the service. It felt like a partnership.
Customer service were very quick and accommodating and I love my new jacket. Great quality. Will definitely shop again

It is my first time shopping with Aligne on line and I have to say the customer service from Jodie in particular, is truly exceptional. It's a level of service that is rarely found with other companies. Jodie truly goes the extra mile to ensure that as a customer you are truly satisfied. I love this company, their clothes are effortlessly stylish, very flattering, excellent quality and affordably priced.
I have bought from them variously a great olive velvet fitted jacket, a punchy red cord jacket, a Ali McGraw /70's inspired tie waist cord blazer, three different denim dresses, a beautiful mint green crop jacket, a denim bolero and cool silver grey denim long line fitted blazer. All of which attract compliments all the time.
I have bought from Liberty's or online but also more recently went to their sample sale. I regretted not having bought the denim bolero and contacted them to see if it was still possible to buy after their sale and Jodie kindly organised this for me very efficiently.
The staff I met at the sale were all super helpful and clearly committed to the brand
Brilliant customer service. Jodie on the customer service team went above and beyond to help me with my request, and doing so with great communication and a friendly tone. This is not always a given these days, but heartwarming when it happens. Thank you!
It’s ALL about the experience which at Aligne is amazing. I have never bought anything from Aligne before and my first order was a dress. When my parcel arrived, it actually had a different item in it BUT the experience of dealing with Jodie in customer services was amazing. She quickly and efficiently sorted the issue. Sent the dress that was ordered and helped to process the return so it was hassle free. Fabulous service and the dress is gorgeous
I've changed my review because I can't believe a breakthrough has actually happened apparently the reason why the refund was given because oughta it was automatic and there wasn't a place for me to navigate to actually let them know that I need an exchange so some cross wires were there but the fact that they have the efforts to come back to me so that they can request for me to have another goal at choosing a smaller size I am very happy at least I don't have to repurchase it again but a higher rate because I did actually paid for them in the sample cell the quality of their clothes are magnificent I get so much compliments on when I'm wearing one of their pieces you can just tell that they are carefully in well-made and they are worth it. Originally I did have a one-star not because of the clothes but because of the customer service but they have listened to me about the negative side of their customer service and they have now come back to try and change that which I think is very honorable so they deserved to have a better rating than one star the fact that they are willing to do that and come back and not neglect their customers the five star for me already
Difficulty with processing a return, due to me making a typo with my e-mail address, customer Services (Jodie) was so helpful and went the extra mile.
Coat arrived without belt. Would like to return but getting no response from customer service team.

I ordered several items from Aligne a few years ago when it first opened and all of them were massive, not in the way that's currently fashionable but unwearably huge. Then it was a battle to prove I had returned the items and get a refund. I'm someone who almost never returns items.
I decided to give things another go and ordered a coat on sale so that at least I wouldn't lose much money if things went wrong. I guessed they would have had to have fixed the sizing issues by now but ordered a size down just in case. I checked my measurements against the size guide.
When the coat arrived, it was again unwearable because it was enormous. In addition, an attached cape didn't fit the coat--the cape was too narrow at the shoulders compared to the underlying jacket and bunched up.
To add insult to injury, shipping costs more than it has to because they use a premium service, and I had to pay for the return.
I emailed them to let them know (1) how off the sizing was and (2) about the quality control issues with the sizing of the attached cape and they have written back to say that they checked and there's no quality control issue (not true) and this:
"As advised, our size guides are intended as a general reference to standard sizing and are not specific to each individual style, cut, or fit. This is why we always encourage customers to reach out to us prior to purchasing if they have concerns or would like more detailed guidance on a particular garment."
So be aware that YOU are responsible for ensuring that their size guides are correct! Shocking customer service and who can afford to shop where returns cost but the size guides are so poor that it's a guess as to whether something will fit. I won't be going back.

Edited in response to their reply. When I received my "refund" they had somehow deducted nearly £10 from what I paid. Beware.
