We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the provided address, the responsibility for its security shifts to the recipient.
To solve this issue, you need to get a certificate from the shipping company mentioning it was stolen and we'll send you a new parcel. Or we can send you a new parcel for a fee of $60.
FYI,I've been trying to call their own carrier which is GOFO and not able to talk to a live customer. I send emails below are their response

They dropped the item in front of my building not in front of my apartment door. Which means anyone can steal it.
I recommend buy a product that has Great customer service. They make it seem like they to help but do not.

They advertise heavily on Instagram (which ought to be a warning - Facebook/Instagram don't do squat to protect their users from fraud). I ordered the game they advertised as a gift for my son on December 9. No game, no response, no tracking number, etc. You only have 30 days to dispute their charges with your credit card company, so MAKE SURE to dispute their charges if you don't get your product.

Made an order
The console was delivered but the games I wanted to play did not work properly or ended up being a demo version. That's not to say they don't ask work properly but the main games I bought it for had problems. Told the company I would like a refund but they said they checked for problems and they couldn't find them.
