I was able to purchase the battery that is required for my ageing note book which works fine. The correct battery is difficult to obtain fron other sources and I thank AllBatteries for their service.

Battery was delivered at half the quoted time. The size was exactly as the expired one . When the engine cranked over it was much faster than its ever been with the manufacturers battery. I put this down to the higher cranking rampage.

Ordered these with Amazon advertised UK factory. This was a lie! They were eventually shipped from France. During the long wait I ordered the same from a genuine UK firm, Batteriesplus.co.uk and they were delivered the next day.

I used these guys to resurrect an ancient Alcatel phone I'd be very reluctant to retire - its number is registered everywhere. I'd tried local "we fix anything" phone shops and they didn't even recognise the phone. I bought from another company and they sent me a battery that didn't even fit. These guys sent me the right battery and the phone now has years more life (I hope!). The ordering/delivery process was flawless and their follow up too (even sent me an email reminding me of my consumer rights re. returns etc!)

I ordered battery after being led to believe that it would arrive swiftly. Instead I get an email to tell me its coming from France and it would take 10.working days. When it arrived the battery is nowhere near as good as a Gopro original. Also no reply when I sent an email. My advice is buy elsewhere.

Was sent wrong battery. Then ignored my emails so I couldn’t return it for a refund. Never buy from them again.

I received a dead battery. I tried to telphone, but only ever received a response that they were not available, but would call back. I did this on five occasions, they never called back. I emailed them asking about the condition of my battery and advice on what I should do. I received no reply. I emailed again with the same result. I shall now set in motion County Court action to recover my money.

Bought a battery from them for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Everything was fine initially, but after 1 year of use, the battery stopped charging fully and only lasted around 5 mins per charge.

The battery has a 2 year warranty, so sent it back for “testing” and have heard nothing since. I’ve tried emailing, I’ve phoned multiple times and left messages - nothing. They’ve had the battery since 24th December, no communication since the acknowledgement email that they sent to me when the battery landed back at their premises.

Update 14.02.26:
Rang and emailed on Friday (13.02.26) morning. No response from the company AGAIN!! They seem to be just responding to Truspilot reviews to seem like they actually care.

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery from France, they sent a different battery to that shown on website at time of order, terminals offset so didn't fit. They accepted the return but no returns label, return postage cost me £12 for somebody elses mistake. They confirmed receipt of the return but didn't process the refund, had to open a dispute with Paypal to get it. They didn't repond to any of my emails and they never answer the phone - AVOID you don't need this kind of hassle - *Follow up on your generic reply - I did try to contact you and you didn't respond, if you want to make it right you can start by sending me a payment for the return postage*

Habe den bestellten Akku nie erhalten. Eine Woche nach der Bestellung habe ich beim Verkäufer nachgefragt und eine Sendungsverfolgung von DPD Frankreich-alles auf französisch - erhalten. Ich war wohl bei der Zustellung nicht zuhause, deshalb hat der Paketdienst das Paket direkt wieder zurückgeschickt! Der Verkäufer wollte das eigentlich klären - ich habe jedoch keine Reaktion mehr erhalten und mir letztendlich 2 Wochen nach der Bestellung mein Geld über Paypal zurückgeholt. Ich rate dringend: Finger weg von AllBatteries!

Took a little while over the Christmas period but to be expected, batteries arrived , all good and working well.

I ordered the UPS Battery at 13.00. It arrivedthe next day.

I purchased a battery from Allbatteries just before Christmas as it was a hard to find product , I was so pleased to find the battery was in stock and against extreme odds very close to Christmas the battery was delivered ahead of time and in perfect condition, communication with the company was very prompt , professional and very reassuring , thank you very much and will definatly be deal with you again

As been mentioned before. The item itself is great but no mention when you place the order it might take weeks to deliver from France. At the time I placed the order it said 2-8 days expected delivery. A while later you get the email to say 21 days. That meant I needed to purchase a temporary charger for my event because this one didn’t arrive in time

All batteries were able to provide me with the right battery at a reasonable price and postage delivered to Northern Ireland when other uk suppliers failed to provide a service. Great service

The batteries are fine, however I needed them fairly quick and they took over 2 weeks to arrive which is ridiculous considering the postage cost!

Your supplied what I considered to be a rare battery with no fuss. A very good service given the issues caused by Brexit. Grandson can now use the walkie talkie that Grandpa has had for years.

i never received it and im still waiting for my refund there communication is terrible they never answer the phone or reply to my answer phone message
