I ordered 2 x replacement batteries for De Walt drill. The batteries eventually arrived and did not fit. Contacting a company representative was challenging and they required a video.
2 points - I am mid 70's and do not make videos. When they eventually contacted me with their returns policy it is overly onerous.

Aa lot of companies provide returns paperwork

All I want is my money back.

I have given 1 star as the system requires it. 1 star is way more than this company deserve.

Ordered batteries 3 weeks ago and no sign. Customer service extremely poor. They just keep telling me the order is in transit and if I don't want the goods I need to refuse them on delivery.
It would appear they have been stuck in an Evri depot for the past two weeks if the tracking is actually genuione.

Total waste of money.

I wish I read those reviews before I bought my Dyson replacement battery, doesn’t work at all, tried to get a refund, no answer whatsoever,AVOID AT ALL COST.

Crap batteries don’t last a year. Company does not even respond to Emails. I will claim through my credit card. Chinese rubbish I presume

Do not buy ! Don’t waste your money. Not as described , battery don’t last long and failed within few weeks

Batteries that are advertised as 8ah last less time than my old very used 3ah. 2 additional batteries were sent but still low capacity and one has just stopped working after only a couple of charge cycles. They are super cheap but pretty crap.

Ordered 6 batteries, one arrived broken. Quickly resolved after sending a quick video of the fault, they sent a replacement

Avoid. They sent wrong battery. Advertised as correct fit but it wasn't. I had to pay for postage back and they didn't refund full amount. I am now £8 worse off.

I have ordered Makita compatible battery, they have send wrong item and I have been struggling to get my money back.
I have to contact Paypal under buyers protection to be able to refund my money.

Like many others I thought I would give these batteries a try, realising they did not claim to be Makita batteries. They do work, however they don't last very long before they need charging. I did message them to just ask if their 5ah batteries were actually 5 Ah and how I could tell. They wrote an abrupt response, telling me to buy a tester. So I did, and they are 5Ah. However, it's the number of cells inside the battery that counts and will make them last longer. These don't have the number of cells that the Makita batteries do, hence why Makita batteries last so much longer. If you don't use your battery much then am sure these are OK, but for trades these are useless. If you look at their reviews on their website, which are all good, most of them are 2 years old. People have realised after a while that these are a con.

I purchased 2 faux Makita batteries, as they were significantly cheaper. The batteries collapsed after a month. I contacted Eplusbatteries and the batteries were replaced, without any hesitation. So I guess you pay for what you get but the company was fair.

How this company are still allowed to sell completely useless junk with horrifically misleading information and descriptions is beyond me. I've been ignored in my emails and refused any refund. The 6ah batteries I bought float like helium balloons and have no resemblance to a good quality battery.

Ordered 2 Ryobi compatible batteries. Arrived with a partial charge and when empty would not recharge. Items were replaced and exactly the same happened. They gave me a partial refund not the full amount plus postage which is their legal obligation. Still pushing for the balance.

I thought I would write this review because the experience I had with this company was ok, took a little while to reply to my email, but when they did they apologized that one of the items I'd ordered was unavailable, they refunded me for that item. Sent the batteries which my partner is over the moon with, work perfectly with all his Makita tools and charge with no problem at all.
This is a genuine review from a satisfied customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company at all. You only get what you pay for, so if you think the batteries are cheap then the quality will be cheap, spend a bit more and get the original replacement batteries. I bought 2 Makita batteries from them which were not performing from day one and deteriorated to failure within a couple of months. The batteries are very light compared to the original Makita batteries which did not fill me with confidence when I took them out of the packaging and not giving me an impression of a quality product. I reached out to their Customer Service team but It took me ages to get a a response from them and when I eventually did they just dragged the issue out by asking for further information and videos of the faults. After several weeks of dragged out communication they eventually looked like they were going to replace the batteries for me, but guess what, no battery replacement happened. At this point they have not replied to any emails even though I said I was going to take the matter further. The company should not be allowed to trade and if I knew how to stop them I would.

I should have read the reviews by others before buying. Handheld vacuum battery (Dyson clone) barely lasted 6 weeks before starting to fail. By 3 months failed completed. My advice - suck up the extra cost and buy an original battery from a proper business who will provide a decent guarantee and support. Eplusbatteries are genuinely awful.

Wouldn't give any star if it was possible. Bought two "makita" batteries. After 8 months they stopped charging. Have contacted them many times but no response.
