Allcamps booking system is pretty straightforward and clear - and great that you can put down a deposit to start with and pay the rest in stages. More flexibility in the bookable dates would have been nice, but it was still worth using as the accommodation should be good.

My holiday was cancelled twice before finally having it booked.

Easy to book

Website easy to navigate and it worked smoothly with no glitches. Booking was the same, prices were clear all the way through with no surprise price increases at the till. My only negative was that some campsite info wasn't included that was available on competitors sites.

Clear booking process. Simple to use and top up payments. Well-timed reminders and information. Only gripe: you have to add the ages of each child individually every time you search the website, which gets old fast when you have four children. If it remembered them, or you could group them eg 4 children between 4-17 (as on Eurocamp) it would make me more likely to return and book than to give up and use rival websites!
