Good afternoon. I almost never do anything like this ever. But I think and feel like this company deserves this review. The two guys who helped me move my friend’s things from Shelbyville Kentucky, to Louisville Kentucky did an amazing job. Very professional, worked fast, and explained every step of the process in detail. I do appreciate the service.

The movers were right on time and very hard workers. They never even took a break and were extremely polite.
The staff was very nice too and kept us informed of everything.
The price was very reasonable too.
All my belongings were safe and sound.

Friendly, knowledgeable, careful, great communication. Would use them again!

Experience was TERRIBLE! Had a mover name JEFF that was a liar straight from jump! Told me that he could do this and that and wasnt a man of his word! LOGAN the manager is RACIST! Doesnt like blacks was rude and disrespectful, hung up in my face due to me not being a satisfied customer! DONT RECOMMEND!!!! They suck! Not professional and LAZY!

We chose All My Sons again after a great experience moving my mother in May, but this recent move with the Gahanna location was completely different and incredibly frustrating.

Our move was very small—fewer than 12 items. While I expected the total to be slightly higher than May due to a longer driving distance, the final bill was 100% higher. A 100% increase for a fraction of the items is completely unreasonable. The crew sent this time was far less efficient with their time than the previous crew we used.

When I called the office to inquire about the massive discrepancy between what Jeremy originally quoted/shared versus what we were actually charged, the customer service was awful. Jeremy made me feel like "yesterday's news," offering a dismissive "it is what it is" attitude instead of trying to look into the billing or help a returning customer. I would give Jeremy 2 stars alone for his lack of customer service skills. Be very careful with their quotes.

The movers got everything to my new place successfully without breaking anything, but one of the movers had an attitude the entire time and acted like I was insulting him when I asked questions about timing and pricing. On top of that, it cost $1450 and almost 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 30 mins away. And that’s even with my entire family taking car loads of stuff as well. They quoted me $800. What a joke.

Great experience. Great communication. The guys were professional and moved quickly. Everything was wrapped and nothing was broken. I will use them again in the future.

My experience with All My Sons was great! The guys were all nice and treated my belongings with care. Shout out to Desmond, Antonio, and E! I highly recommend and will use in the future.

Kaya and Kevin were great!! They were on time, professional and moved our stuff with care and attention.

Team was great! Only problem was they out numbered me so I missed a few things. Totally my fault on that though. Would definitely recommend and use them again if I had to move again.

Once again All My Sons helped us with a tough move involving 3 locations. They were on time, prepared and efficient in loading and unloading while protecting all properties and furniture with eagerness and a smile!!!! The staff of 3 was just the best and worked together seamlessly. I’m so very appreciative of such a professional and responsive company!

My movers, Deandre and Montez, were great! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. They made our move easy and painless, and were quick and courteous throughout the entire process. If I ever have to move again, I will request them.

I needed two movers only. No transport, didn't think I needed any supplies and was wrong.
I had only one request really... I needed to keep it under 2 hours to meet budget.
These to awesome individuals helped me pack my 1bed 1bath apartment, garage, and helped load my moving truck in 1.5hrs. Polite, respectful, hard working, professional.
10 out of 10, I highly recommend.
To the management, these two went above and beyond, saw I was short a box and had it packed and loaded in 2 minutes. If they haven't done there 1 on 1 progress review with you yet... please take this review from me as a reference of them deserving recognition and reward.

Didn't break anything. Got most of what I asked for moved. Left lights and balcony door open when they left the first location. Left some tubs and boxes in kitchen.

The Most Stress-Free Move During the Most Stressful Week of My Life!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about All My Sons Moving & Storage in Miami. I have moved more times than I can count, and this was hands down the smoothest, most efficient, and most pleasant moving experience I have EVER had.

For context, I was dealing with an incredibly stressful, last-minute move. I wasn’t even sure if I was going to be able to move that day because I was still waiting for my background check to clear at my new building. To make matters worse, I accidentally gave the movers the WRONG ADDRESS. You genuinely cannot make this stuff up.

And somehow, despite all the chaos, these guys handled EVERYTHING like absolute professionals.

They showed up, figured out the correct address, patiently waited while everything with my new building got sorted out, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Not a single complaint, not an attitude, NOTHING. They were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and such good sports about the entire situation.

I also have an absolutely ridiculous amount of belongings, including a dining room table that weighs approximately 1,200 POUNDS. I’m not exaggerating when I say these guys had their work cut out for them. Yet they managed to move everything incredibly quickly, carefully, and efficiently. I genuinely couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went.

I especially want to recognize Jabari, Erik, Quantravious, Ryan, and Keyun. Every single one of them was phenomenal. They were hardworking, professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely made what should have been an absolute nightmare of a day feel effortless. Their attitudes never changed, even when the circumstances kept changing around them.

What impressed me the most wasn’t just how quickly they worked or how well they handled my belongings. It was how they treated me throughout the entire process. I was visibly stressed, overwhelmed, and dealing with a million moving pieces, and they made everything feel manageable. That kind of patience and customer service is genuinely rare.

I went into moving day expecting an absolute disaster and somehow ended up having the most unproblematic move of my entire life.

If you’re moving in Miami, I cannot recommend this team enough. Ask for Jabari, Erik, Quantravious, Ryan, and Keyun. They absolutely deserve the recognition.

Movers wet super nice and very efficient. Was definitely more expensive than we anticipated but for the quality of work it was well worth every penny!
