I recently moved from Saint Petersburg Florida to Vero Beach, Florida in which, I used the locally based 'all my sons moving & storage.' The move went very smooth thanks to Jeremiah and Michael. They were the two movers who packed and drove my items from one location to the other. These two gentlemen were extremely friendly and professional. Jeremiah and Michael are professionals who could move me any day of the week. That being said, you have to be very careful with the office manager Chris. Our conversations and coordination with pricing was a bit hostile to some degree as it appeared Chris was taking every advantage of my situation to make extra money. When dealing with this particular branch of 'All My Sons of Tampa North @ 813-437-3417' you have to make sure everything is covered and ensure everything is repeated and acknowledged to ensure pricing doesn't change during pick-up as well as after pick-up.

The movers were careful, kind, and professional. I would gladly use them again.

Antony and Taylor were wonderful. They were prompt and efficient and took extra care with all our things! The move was much less expensive than we planned and both gentleman exceeded expectations! Best move I’ve had in 50 years!!!!

There were no surprises when it came to pricing which is so important. With a past company, we were quoted half of what we ended up paying for a previous move and All My Sons was actually under what they quoted us when all was said and done. Super efficient, really friendly crew. We will always be using them in the future!

Absolutely awful! They knew we had heavy furniture and sent two employees who couldn’t handle the weight load. Half way through loading the truck, they requested us to upgrade to a third employee, which we did to expedite the move. They did not wrap a single piece of furniture and did not use the blankets they had on the truck. We went 17 miles and when they unloaded we had 7 pieces of furniture damaged. When asking the employee about it, they just shrugged and said “make a claim”. Will NEVER recommend them again.

I would give All My Son’s Moving Company ZERO STARS if I could.
I hired this company to move a brand-new $9,425 marble table from my garage into my home, remove it from its carton, and set it up. This was not a complicated move. There were NO STAIRS, NO DIFFICULT ACCESS, and DOUBLE DOORS providing an easy path into the house. I even paid an additional $350 for extra coverage to protect myself in case something went wrong.
And what happened? Through what appeared to be a complete lack of communication, coordination, and basic competence, these movers DROPPED MY TABLE ON MY STONE FLOOR AND SHATTERED IT. Chunks of expensive marble went flying everywhere. We were absolutely horrified.
The scene that followed was just as appalling. One mover yelled at the other, while the mover who dropped the table walked away and sat in the truck. The entire experience was shocking and utterly unprofessional.
Afterward, I received a call from the company apologizing and assuring me that they would take care of everything and that I should not worry. I trusted those assurances, completed the claims process, and waited 30 days. Their resolution? An offer of $450 for a table that cost $9,425.
Let that sink in. A brand-new, nearly $10,000 marble table was destroyed during an incredibly straightforward move from my garage into my home, and after paying an additional $350 for coverage, I was offered a mere $450!!! I have not been refunded the money I paid for the “move” either.
What exactly was that extra coverage supposed to protect me from?
I am a licensed Realtor in three states, and I have dealt with countless transactions involving valuable property. I have never witnessed such a shocking combination of carelessness, poor execution, and disappointing claims handling. Moving a heavy, fragile marble table requires communication, coordination, and basic precautions. If a moving crew cannot safely transport a table through double doors with no stairs involved, how can anyone trust them to handle an entire household of valuable belongings?
The company's initial apology and assurances meant very little when the final offer was so grossly inadequate compared with the loss I suffered. Destroying a customer's property is bad enough. Leaving that customer to absorb the overwhelming majority of the financial loss after paying extra for coverage makes the experience even more infuriating.
My advice is simple: If you value your belongings, think very carefully before hiring this company. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I would never trust them with my property again. They should rename the company WE’RE ALL THUMBS!!

I had an annoying move involving many drop offs and pick ups. The team was very helpful and professional. I will recommend them in the future. Moving is stressful but this was a great experience. Thank you!

Our move from Black Mountain, NC, to Summerfield, NC, was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The movers went above and beyond, treating our belongings as if they were their own. They were courteous, hardworking, efficient, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process.

Very professional from the initial phone call. Extremely flexible scheduling. I had an opportunity to reschedule my original appointment a month early and save some money since the apartment complex found a new renter. That savings essentially paid for the move.

Raul team were early, précise, highly knowledgeable and thorough. The ability for moving from A to B only what is required to keep as well as dumping those items that are no longer wanted as well as assistance with loading up my truck to move a couple of pieces to another location for repair is unprecedented.

Careless and unprofessional movers. Sent them away. Talked to their boss. He sent 2 more guys to sort of fix the issue. They fixed 1 immediate issue: the pod doors wouldn’t close because everything was packed SO poorly. So…I still had an incredibly bad experience, and still didn’t get what I paid way too much for. They didn’t want to repack the pods. Just get the doors closed. And they did. Doesn’t change the fact that everything was handled with no care, damage to many pieces of furniture, pods packed incorrectly, priority items not packed, just an absolute disaster for $800. I trusted them for hours, assumed they knew what they were doing. Assumed they were professionals that cared. I assumed they had a plan. I assumed they’d ask questions, or listen, or pay attention, or try. The managers I talked to wanted to do as little as possible to fix it. You are better off on your own. Do not use this service. Or if you do then understand that YOU have to be the supervisor and babysit them the entire time. They had no plan, no strategy, no skill. I spent an entire extra day redoing their work. The point was to save time and energy, and pay for professional movers. I only got to pay, in every way imaginable. I’m exhausted and in the exact position I was afraid of. I’m a day behind, belongings trashed, worn out, and a wallet $800 lighter.

Pricing was reasonable.

Amazing moving company. Came in and wrapped entry ways and then took down furniture and wrapped all furniture so it would not get damaged. Then moved to new place and they put furniture wherever we wanted them! The movers were very efficient and friendly!

Let me start by saying the first time I used this company it was 100 percent awesome. This time I made the appt. Had three diffferent places to pick up. A whole house of furniture in total.
The information did not get to the correct people evidently. The day of our move they kept in touch with me and finally at 3:30(I had a 8:00 to 10:00 window) they told me it was not going to happen that day. They would be there the next day. They had staffing isssues and trucks that needed repair.
The next day three gentleman showed up. Got the first stop and the second. Great til now. Then they said they didn’t know about the third stop. I called the supervisor who said it would not be a problem. Paid the bill and was called later to add to my bill.
I appreciated not having to move all this myself however the procedure was spotty at best and they were in a hurry to get somewhere else when I was told the day before I would be a priority.
We are moved but the experience was definitely not what I had expected from the first time I used them.

I've had to use them twice in the past 30 days. I paid what I was quoted. The young men arrived on time, respectful and friendly. I have one last move 🙄 and I plan on using them again. 🙂

Our crew was quick, efficient, effective, and friendly. They ensured everything was protected by wrapping pieces or edges in plastic or blankets.

Showed up almost 2 hours after our agreed upon time and only had 2 guys when I was paying for 3. Didnt receive a call or any communication from the office as to why they were late or why only 2 guys showed up. For the first hour, nothing was moved, I just heard from the lead guy how much he hates his job. The movers did work hard and pushed to load the truck. Overall was not a great experience. The movers did a good job changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 with how hard they worked. They both changed their attitudes once they started working.
