The 3 stars are for the movers, Jose and Luis. Those guys were great and got the job done. I am very grateful for their help. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is due to the pricing. I definitely feel like I was overcharged and nickle and dined by this company. They don’t offer anything top notch to cost as much as they do. You don’t get realistic pricing until the end of the move when you really have no choice but to pay.

I cannot say a single favorable thing about Mike or anyone at All My Sons Richmond. This company is built upon a complete lack of accountability and disregard for their customers.

We had them assist in a move from Hampton to Williamsburg. During which they failed to protect any of our belongings in any capacity. This resulted in our tv being smashed in upon arrival. From prior experience I’ve understood movers have insurance, so this shouldn’t have been an issue. In this case Mike and his company require customers to purchase additional insurance to cover the negligence of his employees.

When I hired them to help us with our move, I was not under the impression I’d be paying movers to smash our tv and damage our items and be expected to pay a premium for it. Thank you Mike, I can’t wait to recommend any other company to my friends, family, and community.

The guys arrived on time and were very professional. They made the process look easy. There were some antique pieces they were particularly careful with. They made an overwhelming process seem easy. I really appreciate their help.

I had excellent communication throughout the moving experience from the office personnel to the scheduler to the actual movers. The movers were prompt. They were efficient and careful in loading our belongings. At the destination, they were patient in getting tubs and furniture placed in the apartment where unpacking was easy.

I highly recommend the company and the two nice young men who moved us.

I would never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone!! Horrible customer service and communication. I booked and paid a deposit of 100 dollars for a move on 10/15. No one ever showed up. I had to call several times and spoke with the receptionist Brooke, who seemed confused about everything! I finally spoke with Jared who supposed to be the manager. He promised he would have crews to my location the early the next morning. 8:15am to be exact, they didn’t show up until 10:15am. However the crew, Audrey and Brandon were awesome. They were polite and respectful. And they moved pretty quickly! I was charged 1100 dollars and that was wayyyy more than what they said from the initial quote!!! They inconvenience me for an entire day and didn’t care. They didn’t try to compensate me for the inconvenience!! They are a scam company! I would not use them ever again!

Wow! These folks knocked our socks off! Every aspect from mu first phone call, to scheduling, then the move iitself!

Moving is hell, but they made the experience unbelievably positive. The truck was completely packed with almost no air left. Absolutely nothing was damaged. The packing of iur most precious and large items was amazing!

The three man crew that showed up were fast, efficient and personal. They were a great team and they were equally good at working with us as they were with each other!

The whole process was easy. From initial callback, through quote/job walk through, crew contact, and job itself. The onsite moving crew was a 4 person team. They wrapped everything, asked questions if needed, we're professional and honestly madr everything easy. I will use this service amd have already spread the word. Cost was less then expected overall also.

The crew that moved me from my old residence to my new residence were awesome. They were bright and early and professional. I had a lot of items and they worked their butts off to get done. I've told several people about my experience with all my son's moving company. I see why they're rated the best moving company.

The move was great! I moved from Dallas to Austin and the guys (Steven and D) who helped were so courteous and fast. They did a great job bringing all my furniture and even the two bedroom sets up to the second floor. They didn’t complain at all, they were cracking jokes with us the entire time even though I knew it was not fun! Such a great experience. If I move again I will for sure be using this company.

If I could give it zero stars, I would terrible filing a full complaint.

From beginning to end the crew manager was informative and professional. The 4 man crew worked at a strong and steady pace. The job was completed exactly as requested.

The guys were on time, on point and professionally hilarious. The move was quick and seamless. The team worked great together like boom,boom, boom with the wrapping and extra boxing we needed. Great experience I would definitely use again and recommend to everyone
