Thank you to all at Allowance Assist for guiding me through the application forms in a friendly and efficient manner . The application was successful thanks to their expertise in helping to complete the rather lengthy and somewhat daunting questionnaire . I would definitely recommend their services - worth every penny !

Having seen the application form previously, I was immediately put off applying. I then googled "help with attendance allowance" Several companies came up, however after reading reviews I opted for this one. Knowing that if my claim was not successful I didn't pay a penny helped me make my mind up. I was directed to a lovely lady Yvonne, who immediately put me at ease. She arranged a time to suit me to complete the form and said it would take around an hour. She rang me precisely at the time she said she would. We talked about my condition and discussed the areas where I needed help. All the time she was taking notes. She then explained that she would use my notes to complete the form and roughly how long it would take. She also said to ring her back if I had missed any information out. I then got the form back to read and check. The pages were clearly marked where I had to sign. Somehow Yvonne had been able to transcribe my conversation into words that made sense. All this was done in my own home, coffee in hand and feeling totally relaxed. I highly recommend this company. Also their help does not end there. Once a customer they are happy to help with any future claims if your circumstances change. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful, polite and professional.

What a very helpful experience this was I had the help from a very supportive and friendly Chloe who guided me through the whole process, I was nervous and she put me at ease talking about my illness what a credit to the company she is.
