I was nervous about making my application, as I know there is so many questions to answer. But using this company made it alot easier and gives you the best advise to increase your chances of a successful claim .Mine had a curve ball of needing a doctors notes sent to them. it was not to much trouble. If your worried about anything there was always someone at allowance assist to help and talk you though. would recommend to anyone.

Thankyou so very much allowance assist, l am so gratefully for the filling in of all the forms for my attendance allowance that l have now been acceoted for, and recieved in the last few days, I am amazed how quickly and efficiently all has gone, from my first telephone conversation late november with chloe, then Yvonne to finish my claim, both girls have been wonderful and so very friendly, they have taken away what seemd an over whelming experience for me, i would so like to recommend allowance assist and say thankyou thankyou ,, from Hilary x

I have found Luke and all the various people I have spoken to very kind, friendly and helpful. They have dealt with my application very efficiently which means I have now been accepted and will be receiving an allowance monthly. Thanks to all the staff for their help. I would add that they are also cheaper than many if their competitors

I was a little apprehensive at first because it all sounded too good to be true. But now that we’ve reached the end of the process and my Dadis receiving his full entitlement, I can genuinely say I couldn’t be more grateful to Allowance Assist.

The team were so friendly and helpful in filling in the long form for attendance allowance. I would never have the patience and understanding of this form and would probably not have filled it in and not received my AA. They phoned me regularly to see if I'd heard anything and explained I might get a phone call from DWP and not to be afraid to answer their questions.

From my first call to them and through the process of filling in the forms for me I must say they are great at helping people get what is due to them, I got way more than I thought I would. Yvonne is a star!

This company is 1st Class. I was worn out and weary after filling in so many pages,in a booklet, to make my Attendance Allowance claim, and then getting turned down. Months later my condition deteriorated further the thought of applying, and answering all those questions again,filled me with dread. So I kept putting it off. Then, coming across Allowance Assist online I decided to give them a call. I was greeted by a very friendly voice who was very good in explaining exactly what they could do for me. From then on they asked me questions, with empathy and understanding, so they could fill out the form for me. I felt confident and reassured that I would be successful in my claim. However if it was turned down then they would help in appealing my case. When I received the completed booklet as I was not completely happy with it, as I had remembered an important fact that I had failed to mention before, I contacted them and they were happy to make the amendments I requested. The completed booklet was sent to D.W.P, with letters from doctor's to support and my claim. Then about 6 weeks later I had conformation that my claim was accepted. Claiming for Attendance Allowance, using Allowance Assist,has been less stressful and probably more accurate than doing it oneself. In addition the service has been kind, considerate, friendly and reassuring.

Allowance Assist helped me to apply for the Attendance allowance very helpfull their was no pressure from the staff only helpfull advice I would recommend this company to anybody applying for Attendance allowance I rate them 1st class

You were faultless,in my opinion. No pushy sales rubbish,just strait facts and very importantly, all the procedures carefully explained. You made it very easy for me,I'm sure i would have made a mess of it if left to me. Brilliant service explained everything clearly from the get go! Sent out the forms within a few days all completed and just for me to sign. My claim was accepted within a few weeks! Thank you!

Thankyou for helping to fill in the multi page form for claiming Attendance Allowance.
Allowance Assist are very patient and understanding when it comes to caring for family. We talked over the phone and in a few days the forms turned up in the post for me to check and sign with a return envelope for me to post. After about 3 weeks we had a reply with everything sorted.
