What an amazing service this is. All staff were so very friendly and helpful, making the completion of the forms a lot easier. I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke & Chloe and the team enough. I can’t put into words how helpful Luke and Chloe were. They completed the Attendance Allowance in a way that I couldn’t compile it. I signed the form and posted it off. I doubted if I would get the allowance, as I’d tried before to no avail. Chloe spoke with the DWP, and I was allowed the amount.

It was all so easy. I made a phone call, these guys took over, and just 2 weeks later I received a letter from DWP they were happy to pay the allowance.
