My experience of Allowance Assist is that I was guided through all that I needed to know.Some things took longer because of my hearing difficulties but all questions were answered and clearly explained.The reply from the dwp came on the 27th January.This made a total of £137.61.This goes up to £76.20 on the6th April.2026.My greatful thanks ot all those who made this possible for my.Special thanks and gratitude to Chloe who was so helpful over and beyond anything that I expected.

Wonderful service.Lovely lady spent over an hour on the phone with me, taking my details. I receved the completed application form 2 days later and posted it with my medical notes. Three weeks later I received my first payment for the higher rate from the DWP

I contacted Allowance Assist on 15th December 2025 as my husband had been diagnosed with Dementia. From the first telephone call that I had with them I found the team to be friendly, helpful and professional. Prompt and efficient service with successful result

Allowance assist took care of everything and managed to obtain the Government assist allowance for me which I am extremely grateful, well done team.

Application for Attendance Allowance is quite daunting because of the detail required for an applcation to be successful. Luke and the team guided us through the form filling within an hour's extremley helpful telephone conversation and within 24 hours the completed form was sent to us for approval and posting to the DWP and our application was successful without any further information being required.

I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke Chloe and the team enough I have just been awarded the higher rate what a genuinely wonderful, friendly, and helpful company they are, I would not hesitate to use them again.
