I was excited to order my OEM BMW fully…
I was excited to order my OEM BMW fully refurbished set of 4 wheels so I ordered them with the AlloyHub. When the wheels arrived, I was not happy as the all of the wheels were not painted correctly & quite rough coating on the inside of each wheel. One of the wheels even had visible corrosion too so not very happy. I reached out to the company on delivery which was the Friday & was told that they couldn't assist me until they could speak to their boss on the Monday. I rang the company myself to chase them & I told them that I would drive to their workshop on the Tuesday morning first thing to drop them off & have them reworked or replacements but they did not have this style of alloy in stock & reassured me that I would receive a replacement set on that Friday but then they contacted me to advise that the replacements were too hot to place into the boxes for delivery so instead delivery would be on the Saturday AM. They did arrive & they were a better quality so I continued to my tyre fitters to have my new tyres fitted. In my opinion, i expected the wheels to have been inspected by the AlloyHub before dispatch as clearly they have a quality issue. I did not receive any partial refund for my wasted time driving to them & delivering the bad wheels as I did have to pay £100 for the initial delivery too. Doesn't seem right here & won't use them again.

Mercedes SLK/SLC replacements. Hubs came in fairly good time securely boxed on a pallet, and I have to say they look like new. Quality is amazing and AlloyHub answered all my queries pre-sales promptly and with honesty. We've had a couple of panels resprayed and with the new wheels on, my wifes car looks like it's just come out of the showroom! Helava site cheaper than replacing the car!

I can’t recommend Alloy Hub enough!!!!!
I can’t recommend Alloy Hub enough! My wheels were badly damaged before — scuffs, marks, and general wear — and I honestly didn’t think they’d ever look the same again. The transformation they achieved was incredible. They genuinely look brand new.
From start to finish, the service was professional and friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The finish is flawless, and it’s completely changed the overall look of my car.
If you’re in Stoke-on-Trent and need wheel refurbishment, this is definitely the place to go. Amazing results and great service!

Cracked 20” allow discovery sport
Cracked 20” allow discovery sport, had replacement with tyre and TPMs. Delivered on pallet within 4 working days and able to replace at home. No issues with car recognising new tpms . Got me out of a fix ! Great! Thanks!
