Unauthorized generic substitution & poor refund practices
I ordered a genuine LiftMaster OEM battery pack from this company. Instead, they shipped a lower-cost, generic "Toyo" aftermarket battery without my consent or any prior notification. When I contacted customer service, they initially tried to claim that the manufacturer had changed vendors, which was not accurate.After I insisted on a return, they provided a pre-paid UPS label but only refunded the base cost of the item upon its return. They withheld the initial shipping and insurance fees for their own shipping error. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover the remaining balance. I cannot recommend this company due to unauthorized product substitutions and poor refund practices.

Gate opener
I purchased a Liftmaster gate system. The motherboard is defective and the keypad doesn’t work with the system Allsecurity equipment put together the system so I thought it should work. I had a professional gate company come to install it, they couldn’t get it to work. I call the company and an employee Karen told me that I couldn’t return the keypad unless the box is in perfect condition. Unfortunately the box top tore when opening. Now I’m stuck with a keypad worth $250. I’m very disappointed with this company. The company also sells on Amazon. Beware. I will be writing a review to Amazon too

I ordered a circuit board for a customer of mines door opener. The board came and I installed ir. Board would.not accept remote codes. I called AllSecirity Equipment back to sent bad board back and was told since it was I installed they cannot take it back. The board wad bad before it got to me. I've been in this business for 40 years. Never have I've been scammed so bad. So they can send you a bad board and do nothing about it when you have a issue. Avoid at all costs. You will be sorry.
