Ordered a product and took over a month and still never got it. Called and was told it would ship last week and still never received product. No communication about why the product was taking so long. Very disappointed

Terrible Return Policies
I ordered two replacement backup batteries for my lift master garage door opener. When the batteries arrived, I opened the box and realized immediately the model of batteries delivered would not work for my particular opener. I left the batteries in their packaging, sealed it up, and contacted your offices to obtain a return label. I was informed that the cost of return was on me and that I should go to a UPS store to send the batteries back. When I went to UPS I was told that they couldn’t send the batteries back together because of the combined watt hours and that I’d gave to return them in separate packages at a cost of $35+ each. Since that was greater than the cost of the original battery set set before shipping, I contacted your offices again and asked for a shipping label, offering to have them deduct the cost of the label from my refund assuming it would be less expensive than UPS. I was again informed that they could not send me a shipping label and that I should go to another shipper. I then went to USPS who did ship the batteries together for $33. Of the $126.40 including my return shipping cost, you refunded me $73.19 or less than 60% of the money I expended on batteries that didn’t work for my needs and were returned to you in mint condition. Outrageous!
