Very easy to communicate with. Very compassionate help.

The importance to have a customer (me) feel confident in proceeding forward with VA claims. The assurance to feel that your attorneys have the ability to obtain personal medical evidence, to proceed with amending decisions from the VA more effectively. Your ability to view at the big picture for possible mistakes. I just feel you can do these things real effectively.

Brandon Kortyard was pleasure to work with. He did a great job representing me in an SSI hearing. If I ever have to do it again I would want Brandon representing me

-my legal rep introduces themselves as "my lawyer" later tells me they are not actually a lawyer.
-They can't spend the time ahead of time to properly answer questions so I can get the evidence required. -doesn't want to or doesn't have time to properly train me for the hearing.
-I tell them I'm going to augment them with an a second opinion and they throw a temper tantrum, and then still doesn't prepare me properly.
-I call the company directly, tell them I want to speak to a manager.
--they have the stupid liar legal rep call me.--
- I DID NOT ASK TO HAVE THE LEGAL REP CALL ME. -this company is over rated, their customer service is marginal, no one really knows what they are doing. your future counts too much! they dont care about you!
they have too many clients and not enough staff.

The approval process for SSA Disability is a trying procedure to say the least. Allsup undoubtedly was very well prepared to get us through this journey.
One employee in particularly , Richelle Wiley, was a true champion for us. She help us at every interval, returning every phone call and being spot on with her answers and believe me there were tons of questions and concerns from us! Richelle made us feel like she was a family member during each and every phone conversation. Our last phone conversation we found out from Richelle that she was retiring in six months. Great that she can turn the page to a new part in her life but bad news for Allsup to loose such a high quality employee and a pair of shoes that’ll be near impossible to fill. Thanks Allsup for getting us through all this craziness but especially thanks for assigning such a wonderful person and employee, Richelle Wiley!!!

Allsup has worked with me for almost 7 years, that’s right 7 years trying to get me compensated for claims I’d filed with the VA. Brett Buchanan stuck with me through the entire process. The lower levels of the VA kept saying that a claim that I filed was not service connected. I knew it was. All the evidence was there. With guidance from Brett and his team at Allsup, we kept fighting going to the next level in the VA system to get justice for me. That claim was granted this month in my favor. We as veterans should not have to wait 7 years to be granted what is due to us. I did not give up and neither did Allsup. Great people to work with. After my initial declination from the SSA, I contacted Allsup to represent me. Completing my appeal using the Allsup software was so helpful and efficient. Completing SSA paperwork directly from the SSA is tedious and in my case very painful. Looking down and writing is extremely painful for me. Allsup has an online program that allows you to complete the SSA paperwork accurately and you can take breaks as needed because your work is automatically saved. I cannot overstate how helpful this was.
Brandon Kortgard, a Senior Advocate with Allsup, represented me at my SSA hearing. He asked pertinent questions that clarified my disability and limitations, he was prepared, and it was clear he understood the process extremely well and was able to use this to ensure my limitations were clearly understood by the Judge and vocational rehabilitative specialist. I highly recommend Allsup- Please keep in mind that the SSDI process is lengthy and there are long periods of time with very sparse correspondence from SSA.
