I appricate the way the represenative answers my calls and keeps me updated.

Not only did they botch my case, cause me MANY ongoing legal issues, and cost me more money, but they also responded to every other review but mine and then took my review down that had the proof of what they’d done wrong pictured and attached to the review. Thanks guys👍🏻

Regina never returned any of my calls or emails. I had to do all of the work myself. I didn't get backpay and now they want to charge me $2500 and take $400-$600 a month out of my disability check.

Don't use them. They drop the ball and pass my sister's (tongue cancer) case to other attornies without telling us. They do not get her medical updates. They submit her paperwork for social security with out the correct documents. Management will never return our calls. They say they will in 48 hours but 2 weeks later we have to call back. You can never get through to them. Terrible company to help you get disability!! Your just a number and they have zero compassionate for terminal ill people.

I was referred to Allsup by a friend. I honestly didn't think the outcome would be as good as it was. Everyone that I spoke to was amazing and willing to help me with whatever questions and concerns I had. Many times I called and emailed for updates because I was concerned about the outcome. Each and every representative was patient and friendly while they checked on my case. It was an absolute pleasure to work with everyone. I will definitely refer anyone in need to Allsup LLC. Thank you very much for helping me.

Very personable and explains things well and fights for you and your rights to win your disability needs. I would refer them to anybody I know.

They heard about my situation and couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. They only want to“fight” for you if they are 100% sure they are going to win. They are solely in it for your money.

Allsup assisted in a very long drawn out and cumbersome process with efficient instructions and prompt responses throughout the entire 19 month process. Very happy to have had them in the middle between the applicant and SSI.

They don’t help me.

Through the whole year since I applied for disability it's been nothing but stress from Prudential the only person I have talked to that has shown me empathy respect and always resolved my issues was Miss Helen and resolved my issues always called me back in a timely manner with a kind voice a caring voice and that is so hard to find nowadays I like to let allsup know they have a very valuable person working for them if we had more people like Helen in this world it wouldn't be so harsh. She understood that I had congestive heart failure she treated me so kindly it's hard to express how grateful I am for her. I continue to communicate with Prudential which has put me in the hospital twice with palpitations and shortness of breath. I would like miss Helen to be recognized, as Maybe other employees will learn from her. I am so grateful that she was assigned to my case. I could go on and on but there are no words to express what an amazing person Helen is. I hope that this goes up the chain and that there's something they can do to recognize her or reward her with something. Kind and helpful people are so hard to find in any company. Allsup is blessed to have such a wonderful person working there, date of experience is since Allsup got my case in 2024 through current date case

They don’t even deserve 1star.
I contracted with them after I had a hearing date. All they had to do was get my file and rep.
Amy Klein ADR called and said she was as representing me about 90 days ago.
I have done and filled out everything asked of me and now my hearing is 3/13 and they tell me they’ve withdrawn. Amy did not even know. No vm and a letter I just received yesterday in the mail.
This place sucks and is clearly all about the owners big (im sure) house and profit. Mine wouldn’t have been enough.

Brandon Kortgard picked up where others had left me out to dry. He was able to get correct information where others failed me. It took 27 months from my initial denial. Brandon kept me up to date and informed. With this, all the correct information was finally submitted.

After I became ill due to multiple heath issues, I seek the assistance of the Allsup, LLC to help me. And after waiting for a whole year and on 12/2025 received the letter advising that I was denied. My thoughts on the process were now in doubt that the program didn't live up to their mission statement. Now I am in the process of losing everything because my health has prevented me from working. So now I might be forced to do something that I am not able to do and that attempt to and place my health in more pain than it already is and that is look for a job. So, my experience with them have not been pleasant.

Brian and the team has done a fantastic job getting me to 100%. I am so thankful and appreciate the work that everyone has done for me! Highly recommend to anyone looking for help in their disability rating.

Guess I was in that small denial percentage group. My rep from Allsup never really communicated. Called once for the trial but that’s it. Allsup isn’t very friendly either. My case wasn’t pushed hard enough. Wasted 3 years waiting for nothing. I most likely won’t recommend, unfortunately.

After getting denied multiple ties by the VA on my claims I found Allsup and thy did not disappoint !! Got me to 100% T&P with no issues , they worked fast !! Highly recommend them .

Lol your core values are gimmicks to get customers! after you sighn they egnore you dismiss your concerns and there advocates call you 3 days before the trial with no knowledge of your case and then say they can’t download files from Allsup end result denied at hearing level schitsoaffective disorder bipolar type!!! 8 years diagnosed 4 years since the initial filing extensive medical history and they had no medical records like 14 day mental hospital stays 2 .5 years of counseling and psychiatric treatment extensive antipsychotics and antidepressants! And still denied that falls on Bonita Anderson who was subcontracted by Allsup! Let’s see if Allsup will delete this review lol I have a screenshot and will keep speaking my opinion as long as you keep subcontracting ssda certified advocates who don’t have to fallow your core values because they don’t punch your clock or collect benefits! So don’t say everyone you subcontract to represent the people that contracted Allsup are professionals because you have no way of knowing that if I passed the corse through the ssda to advocate for people your company would subcontract me with just a online certificate no experience! Bonita Anderson would not share my sons file audio file of the hearing and could not receive files from Allsup got that in text from the expert advocate the day before the hearing!!!!!! I have the transcript!!!! The audio file!!!!! 6 months later and now I know she was not prepared! And now I know why she didn’t want me to have the audio file of the hearing! Now the complaints are being filed with ssda against Bonita Anderson for unethical behavior and representation ! And against Allsup for falsely representing there core values! My advice hire a attorney in case you get a lazy over booked client tell and they botch the case for incompetence you can file a complaint with the bar association and they will have to answer to them and possibly loose there license to practice! Bonita Anderson didn’t have to worry about that but I will see to it that the ssda looks into this case in full detail and they revoke her certification! Hey Bonita you worked for my son !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your job !!!!!!!!!!!

Brandon Kortgard took over my case at the hearing level and he is absolutely fantastic! He was extremely responsive, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made the process so much easier and less stressful. He is also very kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and you can tell he really cares! He was always professional, respectful, and fully prepared.

I used ALLSUP from the beginning of my disability claim and overall it's been a really positive experience. It didn't take too long to get someone on the phone if I had any questions. And they were always on top of things and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
