You sent me to a job that had total disregard for my personal safety. Then you refused to pay me.OSHA agreed with me and did a surprise investigation. Alcon Industries had to pay fine of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Dollars, see attached.If I do not receive the full balance of my pay, a check in my mailbox by Saturday 1/3/15 I will file a complaint to OSHA and Other branches of The Department of Labor against Great Works and Alcon for withholding pay, and you will also be fined. I will also post the facts of this on all employment review websites to warn others of your operation.This is not fooling around, Saturday the full balance of the $500 you owe me, not a penny less.2 Attachments

I had Brittney help me with my social security issues. Social Security had said that I had made way more money than I really did. But Brittany was able to get to the root cause of the issue and found out where the problem was. She was very calming and considerate. I am very grateful to having to speak with her and help resolve my issue. Brittany was very thorough and kind and I'm very happy with her work. In the past I have not had good experiences except for this year and I've had three outstanding people. They were Julian, Megan and Brittany. They have all been great and I think that Allsup has really up their professionalism. It is very soothing to talk to kind people that understand, lesson and resolve issues. I really couldn't be any more thankful to this group of people. Good job for Allsup for improving their work staff. It is really awesome especially when you deal with high anxiety and panic attacks. My experience on 5/31/23 speaking with Megan on the phone was outstandingly! Megan is a stellar example of actual customer service. I would have canceled my service with Allsupes if it had not been for Megan.
Prior to this I had not had a positive experience dealing with Allsupes representatives for two full years, since Amanda Crooks left. But Megan listened to me which set her apart from the others. As I have told several other representatives, I told Megan that there were multiple mistakes in my employment history file at Allsupes, and I was not comfortable with them sending an erroneous Work Activity Report to Social Security on my behalf; so it required me to make time consuming corrections every time I completed this report.
Megan actually pulled up the last report I made in the Allsupes system and took the time to make all the corrections I had indicated confirming them with me over the phone. When I received the last Work Activity Report corrected by Megan per our conversation, I was elated to discover it was finally corrected. This allowed me to do my part and return it to Allsupes timely. Thank you Megan!

I sent all they said I needed to get help looking for a job and no one has called me or emailed me then today 6/2/23 I get call and ask for my information verified and then she would send me an email in 30 min or so, and it been 8 hours later and nothing. So that’s why I only gave 1 star because there wasn’t a lower option. Sorry I hope this makes a difference going forward.
