Absolute ease of the process took one email and received a phone call. Set up took two days as I'm setting up my website and stuff it was already done unbelievable service guys and girls.

The number provided was clearly not tested. We are receiving multiple calls daily from people looking for the wrong business.
We have already invested into our marketing with no recourse to claim money spent.

Easy sign up process, great communication and verification of service functionality by your team. I thought that was great.

After I signed up for a basic planthey wanted to charge an absolute fortune (more than the cost of the plan) for basic features like voicemail.
Then when I ported my number to a different carrier to avoid Alltels ridiculous charges they tried to charge ridiculous prices for that including for a 30 day notice period (even though they cancelled my service at the start of the notice period).
STAY AWAY.

Customer service is good, had a pretty non standard issue and customer service was very helpful. Issues resolved.

I have used them for a dozen different businesses over the years and unfortunately they are very overpriced & difficult to deal with. Even cancelling the account is painful process. Highly recommend shopping around, I saved over 50% moving from them to another provider
