Alltel not only provided me with a flawless virtual phone for MS Teams but their sales and support staff are very friendly and helpful.
The onboarding process was easy especially because their sales and support staff are available and ready to help ensure your new service is setup quickly and efficiently.
Whenever I subscribe to a new service I look for a support service that is always available, capable and willing to help. Alltel ticks all the boxes and I recommend them highly to anyone.

We use Alltel for business line through a Webex App. Its the most unreliable app ever. Some days, it won't ring out, some days it doesnt work at all, can't get any calls. Sometimes the ringtone works, then its silent. Sometimes, the answer button doesn't work so all calls get missed and then have to pay for the call center to take them. Everytime we do a case, they always blame things on our end, eg, our phone must be old, we have two many people signed in, its your wifi network, etc. Even after ruling all these out, they still say their system is not at fault. The only good thing about Alltel is they are easy to contact and generally get back to you straight away but fixing the problem is another matter.

Alltel is fantastic to deal with. "Iggy" was amazing at follow up's and has a great attitude to life and the company. The company is lucky to have him on the books.
