Jama was a SUPERSTAR in setting our answering service up. He was super diligent and knowledgable with the whole process, we were able to get up our answering service within hours. I highly recommend Jama to anyone, he deserves a raise he's absolutely amazing!!

Answered the phone promptly - however it seemed that it was offshore - but still excellent customer service - told me that it would take 7-10 business days - connected in two...and gave me a great price too...

When your business relies on getting phone calls and you switch to a new system, you don't want to leave everything to the last minute to eb notified of account details and how to operate the new system. Right now we cant use the webex app on the PC's and we are guessing it is firewall related, but there was no warning of this or help provided. We are working it out for ourselves with what we can find on Google. In short, yes it works on the mobile app, but the support to get it working on what we hoped would be our prime usage, through the PC app, is seriously lacking.

The sales team were helpful and willing to see how the company could support our business. Unfortunately, the demands of the operations team meant that they needed more from us than we could provide to support the operations team to meet the sales contract. A shame that we seemed to not be a big enough business to be worthwhile. We have retained them for a lesser contract, for phone messaging service, which has always been well done.

I was looking for a solution to have a lineline number connected to my MS Teams and the experience I had with Alltel was amazing. Starting from contacting them via their website, to providing business information, and then receiving detailed step by step instructions on how to configure Microsoft Admin Centre was seamless. Myka and the team were very friendly and patient and also followed up with me to confirm everything is working correctly. Super impressed with the service.
