Their pre-order timeframes are inaccurate and even “ready-to-ship” items don’t ship. I ordered beginning of June and now it’s end of August. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if they would have updated me. After getting no response from numerous emails I sent, they ONLY responded because I commented on their Instagram page calling them out. Of course my comment was immediately deleted, then followed by an immediate email. Funny how that works. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank since they decided to ignore all my attempts up until my comment on IG. Unfortunately this company leaves me with the belief it’s another drop ship scam that’s marketing themselves just right. Unfortunate we have to be hyper-vigilant over every purchase we make these days.

While I appreciate the mission of non-toxic materials, the pre order times are wildly off. While this is understandable, no updates were given as a 1-2 week pre-order window stretched to almost 2 months. I had to email support to get an update past 1 receieved about 2 weeks after ordering. I wish they would be more proactive in providing updates as I really want their products!

I do not recommend buying from this company. I placed an order in May ( some items were pre-order) and some were not. The order was expected to ship in 1-2 weeks. I reached out after 3-4 weeks after not receiving a shipping notification and was told due supply chains issues and manufacturing delays my order would ship in 3-6 weeks. That was 4-6 weeks ago. And I’ve reached two additional times inquiring about the status of my order without an answer. There are plenty of other companies to buy non-toxic clothes for like Quince, PACT, Reprise, and Q for Quinn to name a few.

Organic cotton ankle socks are THE best near 100% cotton you will EVER buy. They hug your feet nicely. Perfect fit.. they don’t slide off the foot or get baggy. I totally support this business becasuse they have never done me wrong. I’m on a permanent ankle socks subscription with them because I have pre-diabetes .. and I need socks that breathe and take all the sweat away from my feet.

Do not trust this company. I ordered two 5-pack medium black socks on 5/17/26. To this day, 8/16/26, I have not received my socks. I have written the company at least three times. They have never provided a satisfactory response about the delay nor given me a shipment date for delivering my socks. After waiting 2 months for socks that never arrived, I requested a refund. I sent two emails. Both times I was given evasive responses about my request being “under review”. Fraudulent. A company shouldn’t need to review a refund request for a product it never delivered to its customer; that process shouldn’t take more than one month. Horrible company and customer service. Email responses take 7 or more days to arrive. Beware. I wish I checked Trust Pilot before placing my order. I was lured in by the advertisement of organic socks.

I have ordered from Allwear many times. I love all of their clothing. Everything is high quality and non toxic.

The products I’ve gotten have been great- the underwear! The 4 stars is because it takes SO long to get. I’ve been waiting two months for my other order.

The items I HAVE received are of good quality, but receiving this is a MAJOR issue.

For example, we are in mid August and items I have ordered from back in March are still not here.

Never again will I purchase from them.

Now I just heard from Allwear asking me to send them the order numbers. How do I do that? Is there a way to reply to them from trustpilot?

I purchased two sets of leggins in May. They were on back order and were going to be shipped within two weeks. I contacted the seller at least six times via email and social media. They only responded to my email when I nudged them on Instagram. In August, three months after I purchased the items, I was tired of waiting to receive my order. I asked for a refund. Silence. They stopped responding both on social medial and via email. Their customer service is abysmal. The response time is either 2-3 days or never.

ZERO. NO PRODUCT, ORDERED MONTH AGO; THEY SET ME UP A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION & WHEN I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION *TERRIBLE SERVICE* THEY SAID THAT I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM. SO $24.99 DOWN THE DRAIN & NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. THERE SHOULD BE A LAW TO PUT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE IN PRISON FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF GOOD PEOPLE; WAS DONE THROUGH SHOP-----DO NOT USE THEM!

They’re horrible horrible horrible customer service you never get your refund for the stuff that they don’t send.

I'm thrilled to have found an organic clothing store that's reasonably priced. Loved all the products I ordered so far.

The products are great! Look great and fit great!
Most importantly they feel great! The ordering was somewhat difficult though! Worth the wait!

The socks are great! Bit pricey though.

I was looking for a company that sells non-toxic/clean organic cotton clothing and found Allwear. I ordered the Organic 5 inch sweat shorts in size small. I am about 5’6” 150 lbs and they fit pretty good. I previously tried a few other brands in the space and returned them all due to poor fit/quality. This is the best I found so far. The cut and shape is a little different than your typical polyester athletic wear, but overall very comfy and I enjoy wearing them and think they look good. Keep in mind they are thick, heavyweight, and for me the waistband doesn’t have as much stretch as I would like. They are not too tight in the waist, but it makes getting them on and off over my thighs a little harder compared to your standard poly athletic shorts. Overall, I recommend giving them a try and I like the company. No issues with ordering process or shipping time/arrival for me.

Allwear is a great brand with quality materials that is comfy and true to size. They are reasonably priced for the quality of material you receive. The only downfall is that items take several months to ship, so be prepared to wait a bit for your order.

They said they refunded me, but didn’t. They deleted my comments on social media and then blocked me.
