Instructions easy to follow, items easily put together and I love the ease of printing out the stickers, shipping labels and personalized connivence.

You advertised the unit was bluetooth . It was not . Then when I asked is you had something that was that never addreesed the issue and told me if I wanted to retuen it they would if I paid the freight . Admidt you did it wrong!!!

My order was missing one of the labels ordered. The customer service I received when I reached out exceeded my expectations. Munbyn was apologetic and assured my product would arrive. It actually came several days earlier than they originally said...YAY! I will meet the timeline for the project delivery that I needed these labels for!

I'm absolutely thrilled!

The printer (AirPrint 941AP) was delivered very quickly. Installation on my iPhone and Mac was very easy and fast. The printer does exactly what it's supposed to, flawlessly and with excellent quality. Better than I expected.

But Munbyn's customer service is incredibly good (we don't see anything like this here in Germany!). I requested an invoice through their service department. I immediately received a reply confirming that my request was being processed. And then, not long after, I received a properly issued invoice from China. They even followed up to confirm that everything was correct. Fantastic!

I'm truly delighted – everything seems to be just right with Munbyn.

Came as promised and over all easy to use, but I can’t get the blue tooth option to work. It has to be connected and I have to bypass ( extra steps) but prints nicely. I would purchase again,

For the price point of the bundle, I was expecting a better quality of the labels.

The blue round stickers have a different coating on them to the ones i previously purchased and can not be used!! The thermal printing comes out grey and not black like the other stickers!! what a waste of money!! will definitely be sourcing my supplies elsewhere now

The templates has a lot of choices to choose. I got dizzy just to look through all of it. So far am satisfied.

Cant get customer service help. The printer wont feed properly, wont print the size programmed. I've reset, researched, tried it all. Tried contacting customer service, no luck getting ahold of them

The printer is overall not bad. However I am having some alignment issues. On most of the labels I am printing the first label isn't properly aligned.
