Aloft Tiles Avaliações

Beautiful tiles! Aloft also followed up with me after I ordered a tile sample to see if they could be of any further assistance. Tiles are notoriously difficult to get right, so I appreciated that. Plus, in today's internet buying world, it's nice to know that there's a human at the other end of the exchange.

Tiles were just as described online and even more beautiful in person. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Aloft tiles is incredible to work with. Julia went above and beyond to get my order out. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
Thanks

Customer service was excellent, shipping was well communicated. Every piece arrived intact.

Beautiful sample tiles. Thank you.

The first tile in the box was badly broken. It was a 24X48 porcelain tile that we are installing for our kitchen backsplash. The tile looked as it did on the website just disappointed that it came so damaged.

I ordered a sample and it was shipped in a reasonable timeframe

The tile sample came very quickly and then our order arrived quickly. The customer service person followed up with us about the sample and the tile order. They were very helpful.

It was easy to order, the price for a sample was reasonable and the tile arrived timely in a really nice package.

Pro service good delivery time

Got samples and they were all broken.

Samples were easy to find and received promptly. Very helpful and tile was good quality

The tile is beautiful and the delivery service first rate.

The tile is beautiful! The customer service is excellent! Installed without any difficulty!

Tile was exactly what i had been looking for and the price was great! Items were very well packed and delivery went smoothly. Overall a great experience!

Was able to get my order meant for delivery as a pick up at will call. Aloft offered a contractors discount that helped with cost.
Great transaction

Our original order arrived with broken tiles, and the Aloft team quickly & graciously sent us replacements so we could wrap up the final steps of a renovation. We can't thank them enough for the speedy turnaround, and the tiles look absolutely beautiful. Thanks for everything, Aloft!

Very fast shipping. Dealt with 3 other tile stores online, all took at least 10-14 days to receive product. Got mine from aloft in 4 days. Had one product damaged and they immediately sent a replacement and received in 4 days as well. Great customer service.

The sample 2x8 matte navy tile I received is perfect and it came so quickly. Looking forward to creating a beautiful floor in my new butlers pantry with aloft tiles.0

My experience was perfect! Everything was shipped in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. My first shipment had 21 broken tiles (out of a couple hundred that’s not bad) and the replacement process was somehow even easier than the initial process!! Highly recommend purchasing from this company!!
