I started using an alpha-stim over 5 years ago when I got chronic fatigue/ fibromyalgia symptoms. It has helped me manage my energy levels over the day and reduce pain symptoms. Using the AS-trodes is one of the best ways to reduce or stop the upper back pain and headaches I can experience after exercise. I never travel without it. Alpha-Stim UK have provided all the equipment I've needed and have always been fast in delivering, very helpful and easy to work with.

I learnt about this device on a BBC documentary, in 2021 I think, about anxiety, depression and sleep issues.
I decided to buy one and it definitely helped to ease my anxiety and depression. I've slackened off using it in the past few months, no particular reason why. I have noticed I've not been sleeping so well, along with a drop in my mood, so will start to use it again.

I tend to use it as I’m going to sleep.The results for me are amazing. This machine really does work.As a former Paratrooper & Prison Officer I never really thought about Anxiety. I thought it was another word for being worried about something.
I never imagined it to be able to almost cripple my everyday thoughts and ability to hold down a job.
If you are in doubt, rent a machine first- which is what I did. The results for me have been really good.

I've been using an Alpha stim for over 5 years now. It's great for my anxiety and helps me with my insomnia. I would definitely recommend getting one.

I have struggled with anxiety and ocd and autism my entire life (19 now). I've been doing CBT therapy since I was 13. It helped a bit, but never fully really solved my issues. Didn't want to take meds bc my brother had a rly bad reaction to anxiety meds that scarred me when I was younger. This product has changed my life FOREVER. If I use it consistently, I don't worry about things at all that I had anxieties for years over. My OCD mind doesn't get stuck on things, my mind actually feels different. I don't get socially anxious as much. I can't tell you how much of a difference this has made in my life and self confidence. I love it. One million out of ten, just try it. Have had no side effects, only thing is if you turn it up too high too quick you can feel dizzy for a second, but when you turn it down it goes totally away + doesn't linger afterwards. One more is that occasionally it has made me not worry about even remembering to grab my keys from my house and I've locked myself out once or twice lol. I ran into a minor problem with the Alpha-Stim unit that was immediately responded to by Steve Hutchenson, the CEO, on Saturday morning. The problem has now been resolved quickly and simply.

My wife and I have found the Alpha-Stim unit extremely effective after being recommended by my GP. It has helped me enormously with my depression as it stimulates my alpha waves, helping me recover more quickly and helps me sleep more deeply. It has helped my wife sleep more soundly and deeply, despite the stress of having to deal with her Mother's advanced Alzheimer condition.

I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone in our position with the added benefit that it is very easy to use and has the back-up of a welcome reactive seller.

Purchased Alpha Stim a couple of years ago as I suffer with insomnia/anxiety. Find it de-stresses me and helps me sleep better - must use in morning as if I use pm over stimulates & not good for insomnia. Steve at the Microcurrent Site (Alpha-Stim UK) is very helpful at sorting out any problems which come up. When I first got my Alpha-Stim about a year ago, he talked to me for about half an hour on the phone to help me with initial set-up problems and he suggested a different treatment protocol. Steve has also helped me out this year when my ear clips failed. This is really reassuring when you have purchased such an expensive device.

I needed ear pads urgently and they arranged a special delivery for me, which was brilliant as we had worried about delivery over the Christmas period. It's great to have a prompt , friendly, efficient service. Thank you 🙏

I have used the Alpha Stim in my dental practice since 2017 ,with great results. It really works to reduce dental anxiety and we have one patient who previously needed to have a general anaesthetic to have dental treatment ,who now happily comes every three months to our hygienist . I was recently away for 3 nights and didn’t bring it with me…. big mistake that I won’t repeat in the future.

I had been through months of not being able to sleep or not sleeping properly. I used the Alpha-Stim and I have returned to a full nights sleep again. I feel I have recovered.

I decided to do some research into alternatives to antidepressants to manage anxiety and depression symptoms I was experiencing whilst I was going through a very difficult chapter in my life after my daughter was diagnosed with a terminal illness. That's when I come across Alphastim on some medical articles on an NHS website. I decided to contact Steve who from the start was very helpful and a totally genuine, friendly guy. Me and Steve met a few days after the initial email contact and I decided to go ahead and rent the unit for a month to see how everything went. Soon as I got home I trialled the unit and it was a godsend, from the first session I was so relaxed and the anxiety literally melted away. Before the month trial was up I decided to purchase the Alphastim outright as it was really so beneficial to me and it was totally worth the investment. Since then I've been using the Alphastim AID device when I've got the time too and it's really helped me through such difficult times and gives me that moment of relaxation and clarity that I need.

I have been off the antidepressants now for nearly 2 months and I know one thing for sure, I will never be going back onto them. Steve has been absolutely great, checking in and providing me with solid advice when I need it. That I can't thank you enough for.

My mental well-being has improved greatly and when I use Alphastim before bed there is a drastic difference in my sleep quality. I'm very often falling asleep before the session has finished, this can be annoying for my partner if we're watching a film haha! But I do get a great night's sleep.

I highly recommend the alpha Stim aid. I have been suffering very very bad depression. I have been using the aid every morning first thing for one week now and today is the best I have felt in a very long time. The awful depression has lifted and the anxiety has improved. I came off antidepressants a while ago after being on them for about 25 years, I thought I was heading back to being medicated but now I feel hopeful that I won’t need to. I still take natural supplements and melatonin to help sleep but I will try to sleep without and see if the aid is helping this too, chronic insomnia and tinnitus. I do think though my sleep is better since using aid. Customer service is excellent too. If I can get off antidepressants then anyone can but please be careful and sensible when cutting down meds to stop. It will be tough but worth it if you have the aid and use it every day and eventually maybe using it less frequently. Thank you to Alpha Stim team.
